Contract(s) will be used to provide maintenance and support for systems purchased under these Contracts.   The goal of the Technology On-Call IT Contract is to support all airport management services leveraging technology systems as needed including but not limited to parking, baggage, gate management, commerce, connectivity, wayfinding, security, ticketing, etc. Services may be applied to any type of airport system. The figure below encompasses the systems and services requested with a more detailed explanation provided in the Services section below.  Contracts may include additional software licenses, services, and hardware.  These task order Contracts will provide Aviation the necessary flexibility to ensure the needs of the rapidly changing environment are met.  It is critical to ensure the Airport’s technology systems are stable and safe to allow tenants to connect to their own technology systems.

This project consists of a single-story addition to concourse E just south of aircraft envelope E4 and adjacent to the employee turnstile. The addition is primarily a shell space to be leased to a tenant or stakeholder for the final buildout. The base bid is for a 4,350 Square Feet (SF) addition and associated site work with two add alternates to increase the total SF by an additional 1,400 SF per alternate. The City of Charlotte is interested in receiving bids for City Survey Services. Various City Departments require citizen, employee, or business surveys throughout the year. These surveys gauge opinion
on numerous topics regarding City services and performance.

Overall Project Description.
The requirements indicated below apply to all Services and what shall be adhered to, at a minimum, by the Company:
Conduct or facilitate meetings with the City Project Manager and City staff to assess specific questions or topics
concerning the survey process, establishment of questions, objectives, and survey timelines;
After the initial consultation, recommend survey questions, objectives, design, and methodology, subject to City
Project Manager approval;
Develop a sample survey for review by the City Project Manager;
Review survey questions with the Department to ensure a reduction in duplication efforts in content and timing;
Identify and select a random sample of all recipients to be surveyed. The sampling shall include various demographics,
Guarantee that results will provide the City with, at minimum, a ninety-five percent (95%) confidence level;
Provide City Project Manager with an electronic copy of the data in a format acceptable to the City; and
Conduct a formal presentation of survey results to the City Project Manager and City staff upon completion of Services.

As part of the Fourth Parallel Runway Program at CLT, this construction package will include the new West Parallel Taxiway and its connector taxiways.  The project includes erosion and sedimentation control, grading, drainage, airfield concrete and asphalt paving, fencing marking, and airfield lighting/signage.

To support CLT’s Fourth Parallel Runway Program, this project will also include the installation of Navigational Aids (NAVAIDs) for the new Fourth Parallel Runway. To support the new Runway 1C-19C, the project requires construction of glide slope, localizer, approach lighting systems, and all associated support structures, access roads, and infrastructure.  The general scope of this bid package includes demolition, erosion and sedimentation control, grading, drainage, airfield electrical, vehicle service roads, and utilities.
