The organization is seeking a secure, configurable Employee Relations (ER) case management software solution to support the intake, documentation, investigation, management, and resolution of employee relations matters.
The system must enable efficient case tracking from intake through resolution, support documentation integrity, provide defensible case records, and generate actionable insights through reporting and analytics. The platform must also support workflow automation, collaboration, and integration with the organization’s HRIS system.

Fawnbrook Ln (514) Storm Drainage Improvement Project
The need for this construction project is to improve the storm drainage infrastructure (i.e. pipe systems and culverts) to reduce flooding and to enhance degraded stream reaches to reduce erosion and improve water quality. This project is under review. Location and project details will be provided after the review is complete.

Part of the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) mandates that bridges and culverts are inspected every two years. Bridges are inspected for structural adequacy, safety, and functionality.

CLT VoiP Migration
The primary goal of this project is to upgrade the existing telecommunications infrastructure at the airport from copper Plain Old Telephone Service (POTS) lines to a more advanced, efficient Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) system. This transition is aimed at addressing the current limitations of the outdated system, which include lack of modern communication features and inefficiency in handling the airport’s operational demands.

Tree Obstruction Remediation
This project involves the remediation of vegetation obstructions within the airspace surrounding CLT. Work will include tree clearing and topping in areas adjacent to the airfield and within the One Engine Inoperative (OEI) surface and Runway Protection Zone (RPZ). Vegetation will be reduced to maintain required clearances at least 20 feet below the FAA Part 77 surface. The total remediation area covers approximately 175 acres and will be completed in prioritized phases based on criticality to airport operations and safety.
The Consultant shall prepare technical plans and specifications for the required repairs to the City’s bridges per the Inspection Reports. The Consultant shall schedule completion dates for each bridge. Before the beginning of the next inspection cycle, all bridge repairs should be completed by the contractor.
The Consultant shall prepare two (2) bid documents (including one for guardrail work). Each shall include the technical plans and specifications for the bid packages for each bridge, as well as bid information/requirements for potential contractors.
