The Charlotte Area Transit System (CATS) Bus Operations Division (BOD) anticipates contracting out for the inspection and service of fire extinguishers on up to 400 vehicles at the locations of 901 North Davidson and 3145 South Tryon. Inspections will take place annually and will be serviced if necessary. This is a 5 year contract (3+1+1).

The Charlotte Area Transit System (CATS) Bus Operations Division (BOD) anticipates contracting for fastener stocking service at both the South Tryon and North Davidson locations. This would be a 7-year contract (5+1+1).

Improvements on Harrisburg Road to create a more pedestrian-oriented corridor, between Ponderosa Pine Lane and Colwick Hill Road, Robinson Church Road and Timbertop Lane, and Winterwood Place and Sam Dee Road. Improvements will primarily include shared use path, drainage, curb and gutter, mid-block pedestrian crossing and milling and overlay of asphalt.
