The Commercial Vehicle Connector Road project includes the addition of a commercial vehicle road bypass near Gate 80 that connects the existing Rental Car Road and the lower commercial vehicle entrance at the Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT) terminal.  This project includes erosion and sedimentation control, grading, drainage, construction of curb and gutter, landscaping, asphalt paving, signage, and utilities.

The Newell Stream Restoration Project is located near WT Harris Boulevard (NC 24) and Old Concord Road along a network of tributaries to Toby Creek. Project improvements include restoring approximately 2,500 LF of degraded stream channel, floodplain, and riparian buffer.

Collective Storm Drainage Improvement Projects Series AG will involve 2 projects throughout the City of Charlotte, 1845 Pinewood Cr and 6009 Rexwood Pl.  1845 Pinewood Cr will consist of reinforced concrete pipe replacement and realignment, CIPP liner, storm drainage structure replacement, full depth asphalt, curb and gutter, concrete driveway, new sanitary sewer pipe and sanitary sewer structures, and new watermain.  6009 Rexwood Pl will consist of reinforced concrete pipe replacement and realignment, CIPP liner, storm drainage structure replacement, full depth asphalt, curb and gutter, and concrete driveway.

Services for concrete rehabilitative services for water treatment and wastewater treatment plants. Multiple contracts may be awarded for rehabilitative high performance industrial coating services on multiple assets across Charlotte Water facilities based on need.

This project is bordered by Laurel Avenue to the north, Dotger Avenue to the south, Randolph Road to the east and Hempstead Place to the west.  The existing drainage system consists of closed pipe systems.  This drainage system is currently undersized and street flooding has been reported on Colville Road and building flooding has been reported on Cranbrook Lane.

The scope of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) will be to establish a contract for the as needed purchase, delivery, and other inherently related activities to provide water and sewer materials in compliance with the ITBs specifications, terms, and conditions.  Materials include various size pipe fittings, clamps, and related other items to maintain and repair more than 8,000 miles of pipe and 70 pump stations.

This project will upgrade the existing meter reading system to a self-reporting network and replace end of life residential meters. Existing communication endpoints not compatible with the network selected will be replaced. Most residential meters will be replaced; those meters not replaced will require a replacement register compatible with the new endpoints. Commercial meters will receive replacement registers or be replace, depending on compatibility with the selected network solution. The communication network, hourly interval data and customer access portal will improve customer experience, increase billing efficiency and accuracy, reduce system losses and operational expenses, and improve system monitoring and planning.
