The purpose and need for this construction project is to improve the storm drainage infrastructure (i.e. pipe systems and culverts) to reduce flooding and to enhance degraded stream reaches to reduce erosion and improve water quality. Uniform, Work Clothing, and Branded Specialty Items
This solicitation is to provide employees located in various locations throughout the City of Charlotte and Mecklenburg County with embroidered and non-embroidered uniform and work related clothing. Shirts (including polo, short sleeve, and long sleeve), Coveralls, High Visibility Work Shirt, all jackets, windbreakers, hats and lab coats will require the City of Charlotte logo embroidered on the items.

On-Call Pipe Drape Rental Services
CLT Airport will be seeking vendor(s) to provide cattle gates and pipe and drape rentals on an as needed basis throughout a defined contract term. These items are used to temporarily redirect passenger traffic and/or hide work areas. Most rental deliveries will be delivered overnight when passenger traffic is minimal.

Light Vehicle Repairs
The City of Charlotte requires qualified light vehicle dealers and general service providers to work in conjunction with the Fleet Management Division to support the city’s fleet comprising various makes and model years. The services for this requirement include, but are not limited to, repair, replacement, maintenance, diagnostic, warranty repair, on all automobiles, vans, and pick-up trucks operated by the City without exclusions or limitations.
This RFP seeks to establish a contract for comprehensive light vehicle repair and maintenance services to support the City’s fleet, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality service delivery in accordance with the City’s operational requirements.

Charlotte Mecklenburg Police Department / General Services
CMPD Alarm Registration and Management Services
Charlotte Mecklenburg Police Department is interested in accepting proposals for the Maintenance and Management of the City’s Alarm Ordinance Program. The Program requires alarm system owners to obtain an Alarm Permit by registering their alarms (excluding auto, fire, and medical alarms). The service provider will ensure that all alarm registration and permit requirements as outlined in the City ordinance are met by alarm users, and is responsible for collecting all fines for excessive false alarms.

Belmont Horizontal Directional Drilling Construction-cancelled
This project will deliver a new lift station and force main to convey wastewater flow from the City of Belmont to Charlotte Water’s (CLTWater) Stowe Regional WWRF via CLTWater’s Paw Creek Pump Station. This project will allow the existing Belmont Wastewater Treatment Plant to be decommissioned and eliminate the need for costly improvements at This facility. Due to separate funding sources, the project will be delivered via Design-Bid-Build delivery method through two phases of Design and three separate construction contracts.

Lift Station Improvements Phase III – cancelled
Provides for the rehabilitation of 10 to 12 sanitary sewer lift stations. Modernization of electrical and controls, installation of flow measurement equipment and miscellaneous safety and security upgrades as deemed needed on a per site basis.

The Charlotte Douglas International Airport is soliciting proposals from qualified consulting firms to conduct an update to its Airport Master Plan. As a large hub, the airport seeks a comprehensive assessment of its current facilities, operations, and projected future needs, aligned with FAA guidelines and industry best practices. The scope of work includes evaluating existing conditions, forecasting aviation activity, analyzing capacity and facility requirements, and developing alternatives to accommodate future growth.
