Franklin Water Treatment Plant Main Building Renovations – CANCE ... Franklin Water Treatment Plant Main Building Renovations – CANCELLED
This will be a request for an Architectural and Engineering service package to retrofit the Franklin Water Treatment Plant Administrative Building. Phase 1 will include overall schematics, the proposed layout of the building, structural assessment, existing conditions drawings, and mapping. Phase 2 will include detailed engineering and structural design, along with architectural design. Phase 3 will include technology requests (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition system, security, etc.), construction phasing/planning office spaces, finishings, exterior and landscaping. Phase 4 will include project permitting and construction admin services. There is a potential for the renovations to be broken up into smaller projects after Phase 1 is complete.

Stowe Regional Water Resource Recovery Facility Solids Pump Station
Stowe Regional Water Resource Recovery Facility is a new 15 million gallons per day greenfield facility that will serve as Charlotte Water’s 6th Water Resource Recovery Facility. Stowe Regional Water Resource Recovery Facility will not have solids treatment onsite. The Stowe Regional Water Resource Recovery Facility solids pump station will send the solids stream to another Charlotte Water Water Resource Recovery facility for treatment. This is a hard bid construction project to build the pump station and associated infrastructure onsite.

Fire Station No. 19 Roof Replacement
This work includes the provision of labor, material, equipment, supervision, and administration to integrate the work outlined in these specifications into the total building system such that no leakage into the system occurs. The roof shall be removed to lightweight concrete. The area shall be cleaned and prepared for reinstallation of roofing materials according to Specifications, “Section 01 00 00 Summary of Work”.

Work performed under this contract will consist of storm water infrastructure maintenance, repair and improvement projects within the city limits of Charlotte, NC. Work may include but is not limited to mobilization, earthwork, installation of storm drainage structures and pipes/culverts, working over, under, near, and around existing private utilities, asphalt paving, concrete flatwork, landscaping and any associated work required by the Engineer. Other work may include structural foundation protection, storm drainage structure and pipe repair and/or rehabilitation pipe lining, water and sanitary sewer (relocations, installations, and adjustments). Locations of work will vary and can be within public right of way, private property with easements or a combination of both.

Collective Storm Drainage Improvement Project (SDIP) Series T contains five separate storm water infrastructure repair and improvement projects within the city limits of Charlotte, NC. Work will involve mobilization, earthwork,
drainage structures (standard and non-standard), storm drainpipe systems, working over, under, near, and around existing private utilities, asphalt paving, concrete flatwork, water and sewer (relocations, installations and adjustments), foundation protection and any other associated work required by the Engineer. Storm Water maintenance work may be located entirely within or a combination of the street right-of-way, private, residential and commercial properties.

Fleet Shop Tools and Equipment
The City of Charlotte is seeking a qualified provider of Fleet Shop Tools & Equipment to work in conjunction with Fleet Management. The Company shall provide fleet shop tools and equipment as needed by the City.
Remove and dispose of existing standing seam metal roof system (approximately 7,931 square feet) down to wood deck. Provide new roofing system to comply with Sealed Drawings and Specifications (underlayment, Standing Seam metal roof, associated metal trim and accessories).
Remove and dispose of existing Low Slope Roofing System (approximately 2,006 square feet) down to the existing deck. Provide new roofing system to comply with Sealed Drawings and Specifications (Insulation, Modified Bitumen Roof Membrane and Flashings, associated metal trim and accessories).
