The Charlotte Douglas International Airport’s “Building Maintenance Department” is responsible for maintaining a portfolio of various facilities buildings, including the main airport terminal, offices, fire stations, tenant buildings, equipment shops, and among others that house various airport activities. The intent of this (RFP) solicitation is to select one or more companies to provide Aviation’s Building Maintenance Department with Emergency Mitigation Clean-Up Services at various locations as identified by the Charlotte Douglas International Airport. This work will consist of rapid response for containment, demolition, disposal, drying, cleaning and decontamination as needed per IICRC standards and RIA guidelines on a per-incident basis for water and/or smoke damage. Services consist of providing all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision for the services as directed by the Charlotte Douglas International Airport’s Project Manager. This Contract does not guarantee a certain number of hours, or an annual sum amount to be paid to the Company(s).

The Owner’s Advisor professional services will start during procurement and continue through construction/warranty phases of infrastructure associated with the Lee S. Dukes WTP Expansion project.

Bryant Farms Phase 2 (Progressive Design-Build)
This purpose of the Bryant Farms Road Extension, Phase II project is to continue the street connection of Bryant Farms Road between Rea Road and Ardrey Kell Road. The design is anticipated to include a two-lane road with turn lanes, shared-use path on both sides of the road, and improvements at the intersections of Bryant Farms Road with Rea Road, Tom Short Road, and Ardrey Kell Road. The project will also build a crossing over Flat Branch stream and will run adjacent to the Flat Branch Nature Preserve for a portion of the project.

Charlotte Storm Water Services is seeking companies to provide Creative Services to support education and outreach campaigns that raise awareness about Surface Water Quality Education, Flood Safety Education, Volunteer Education, and Storm Drainage Education.
These services will include creative strategy and planning, branding, video production and editing, graphic design, digital media, and imagery related to cause-related messaging for nonprofit or government organizations.
