Work performed under this contract will consist of storm water infrastructure repair and improvement projects within the city limits of Charlotte, NC.  Work will involve mobilization, earthwork, drainage structures, storm drainpipe systems, channels, working over, under, near, and around existing private utilities, asphalt paving, concrete flatwork, landscaping, and any associated work required by the Engineer. Other work may include structural foundation protection, storm water pipe lining, storm water pipe joint and structure repair, water and sewer relocations, installations and adjustments.  Storm Water maintenance work may be located entirely within or a combination of the street right-of-way, private, residential, and commercial properties.

Collective Storm Drainage Improvement Projects Series AJ will involve 6 projects throughout the City of Charlotte, 1614 Lombardy Circle, 2033 Teddington Drive, 2316 Kilborne Drive, 10513 Moss Mill Lane, 435 Norwood Drive, and 5447 Kerry Glen Lane. These projects will consist of reinforced concrete pipe replacement and realignment. The project pipe will consist of a range of different sizes from 15 inch to 36 inch as well as some elliptical pipe.  These projects will also consist of CIPP liner, storm drainage structure replacement, non-standard endwalls, full depth asphalt, curb and gutter, concrete driveway, foundation assessment, foundation protection, boulder toe, soil lifts, and watermain replacement.

This turnout gear is essential for the safety and effectiveness of the firefighting personnel. We are seeking vendor(s) to provide durable and reliable turnout gear that will provide protection to the upper and lower body, excluding head, hands, and feet against adverse environmental effects during structural firefighting. All material and construction of turnout gear MUST meet or exceed NFPA standard #1971 – current edition and OSHA requirements for fire fighter protective clothing.
