STS Bus parts – Ford Chassis
The Charlotte Area Transit System (CATS) Bus Operations Division (BOD) anticipates contracting out FORD Engines and Parts. CATS maintains a fleet of Special Transportation buses that currently are manufactured by ARBOC Bus. Vendors would need to supply CATS with OEM parts. These parts include but are not limited to replacement engines, engines parts, transmissions, transmission parts, brakes parts, drive shafts, and suspension parts. This will be a three-year contract with two options of one year each.

The project is located at Robert L. Smith Park which can be accessed by Little Rock Road and Starnes Road. An existing pond has a breached dam embankment. Project improvements include dam embankment, forebay, outlet structure, and spillway upgrades.

Bonlyn Storm Drainage Improvement Project
Work performed under this contract will consist of storm water infrastructure repair and improvement projects within the city limits of Charlotte, NC. Work will involve mobilization, earthwork, drainage structures, storm drain pipe systems, and channels. Work could also include working over, under, near, and around existing private utilities, asphalt paving, concrete flatwork, landscaping and any associated work required by the Engineer. Other work may include structural foundation protection, storm water pipe lining, storm water pipe joint and structure repair, water and sewer (relocations, installations and adjustments). Storm Water maintenance work may be located entirely within the street right-of-way or within storm drainage easements.

CMPD Alarm Registration and Management Services
Charlotte Mecklenburg Police Department is interested in accepting proposals for the Maintenance and Management of the City’s Alarm Ordinance Program. The Program requires alarm system owners to obtain an Alarm Permit by registering their alarms (excluding auto, fire, and medical alarms). The service provider will ensure that all alarm registration and permit requirements as outlined in the City ordinance are met by alarm users, and is responsible for collecting all fines for excessive false alarms.

Belmont Horizontal Directional Drilling Construction-cancelled
This project will deliver a new lift station and force main to convey wastewater flow from the City of Belmont to Charlotte Water’s (CLTWater) Stowe Regional WWRF via CLTWater’s Paw Creek Pump Station. This project will allow the existing Belmont Wastewater Treatment Plant to be decommissioned and eliminate the need for costly improvements at This facility. Due to separate funding sources, the project will be delivered via Design-Bid-Build delivery method through two phases of Design and three separate construction contracts.

Collective AD Storm Drainage Improvement Program
Collective Storm Drainage Improvement Projects Series AC will involve 3 projects throughout the City of Charlotte, 4213 Tipperary Pl, 2607 Vail Ave, 4600 Randolph Rd. 4213 Tipperary Pl will consist of a reinforced box culvert replacement as well as reinforced concrete pipe replacement and realignment, CIPP liner, storm drainage structure replacement, full depth asphalt, curb and gutter, concrete driveway, new sanitary sewer pipe and sanitary sewer structures, as well as sidewalk replacement all along Tipperary Place. 2607 Vail Ave will reroute water along Vaile Ave that will consist of new storm drainage pipe and structures as well as sanitary sewer line replacement, concrete driveway and curb replacement, as well as full depth asphalt replacement. 4600 Randolph Rd will consist of CIPP lining across Randolph Rd, a new reinforced concrete pipe alignment with structures, concrete curb, concrete driveway, full depth asphalt, and ditch work along commercial properties and an apartment complex.
The City of Charlotte requires qualified light vehicle dealers and general service providers to work in conjunction with the Fleet Management Division to support the city’s fleet comprising various makes and model years. The services for this requirement include, but are not limited to, repair, replacement, maintenance, diagnostic, warranty repair, on all automobiles, vans, and pick-up trucks operated by the City without exclusions or limitations.
This RFP seeks to establish a contract for comprehensive light vehicle repair and maintenance services to support the City’s fleet, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality service delivery in accordance with the City’s operational requirements.
