The City is seeking a qualified Company to design a comprehensive training curriculum that builds small business capacity and readiness to participate in upcoming City-led projects.
The Company will be responsible for developing a Small Business Readiness Curriculum that provides small businesses with the knowledge, tools, and resources needed to compete for City contracting opportunities. The Company will be responsible for curriculum development only (to include the training plan and train-the-trainer training); delivery of the curriculum will be carried out by other designated facilitators and/or organizations.

Charlotte Water Traffic Control Services
Charlotte Water will be requesting proposals from experienced and qualified companies to provide scheduled traffic control services, as a result of planned/scheduled water and sanitary sewer construction performed by Charlotte Water and in the event of an unplanned/unscheduled immediate emergency within the area, such as a water main break or an emergency resulting from a natural disaster.
Maintenance of water and sanitary sewer infrastructure requires safely guiding traffic through active work zones, lane closures, and other situations while protecting Charlotte Water staff, residents, and equipment during the work activity or closure. This includes the placement and removal of traffic control devices by qualified personnel, as well as flagging of traffic. Services shall include the provision of all materials, equipment, and labor necessary to safely route traffic through Charlotte Water work zones or event areas.
Companies will be required, at the minimum, to perform the following:
Companies must have the ability to provide traffic control services on an as needed basis, 24/7/365, within the limits of Mecklenburg County.

Customer Support Services for Terminal Operations
The City of Charlotte Department of Aviation is seeking a comprehensive contract for Airport Operations – Customer Support Services at CLT. The service provider will establish a team of highly engaged, well-trained, and hospitality-oriented Customer Service Associates (CSAs) and Baggage Service Associates (BSAs) to provide a commensurately high level of professional, courteous, efficient, and safe service.
CLT is on a journey to continually strive to elevate the customer experience while maintaining the highest standards of safety, security, and efficiency for customers as they move through the lobby, baggage claim, security checkpoint, and Federal Inspection Services (FIS) spaces and processes.

Concourse E Phase 10 Addition
This project consists of a single-story addition to concourse E just south of aircraft envelope E4 and adjacent to the employee turnstile. The addition is primarily a shell space to be leased to a tenant or stakeholder for the final buildout. The base bid is for a 4,350 Square Feet (SF) addition and associated site work with add alternates to increase the total SF, include interior finishes, and add interior walls. Scopes of work that are included in this project but not limited to are: selective demolition, concrete SOG, structural steel, metal decking, miscellaneous steel fabrications, rough carpentry, PVC roofing and sheet metal, insulated core metal wall panels, waterproofing, joint sealants, hollow metal (HM) doors and frames, door hardware, glazing, non-structural framing, gypsum board, acoustical panel ceilings, sheet carpeting, resilient base and accessories, painting, pre-engineered interior wall panel systems, resinous terrazzo flooring, signage, wall protective coverings, corner guards, fire protection specialties, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, fire sprinkler, telecommunications, and pavement markings.

Statesville Road Booster Pump Station
The following is a general description of the tasks required. This is not intended to be all-inclusive, nor is it guaranteed that all of the below tasks will be utilized. A more defined Scope of Work will be developed during negotiation with the selected company.

Magnolia/Winthrop Storm Drainage Improvement Project
The Magnolia/Winthrop Storm Drainage Improvement Project will reduce street and structure flooding throughout the neighborhood. Located within a drainage area of approximately 30 acres, the project will replace aging infrastructure and provide adequate system capacity.

Collective AE Storm Drainage Improvement Project
The Project consists of constructing Collective Storm Drainage Improvement Projects Series AE will involve 2 projects throughout the City of Charlotte, 4440 Holbrook Dr, 4611 Denver Av Phase 2. 4440 Holbrook Dr scope will include installation of approx. 26LF 30″ RCP; 90LF 36″ RCP; 110LF 29×45 Elliptical pipe; 7LF 24″ RCP; 77LF 15″ RCP; 29LF 15″ RCP Class IV. Approx 26 LF of 30″ RCP; 56LF 15″ RCP; 10 LF 36″ RCP will be removed and another approx. 200LF of RCP is to be plugged and abandoned. Scope also intends to replace approximately. 105LF of sewer with 8″ DIP and replace (2) sewer manholes. Storm drainage structure replacement, foundation protection, asphalt resurfacing and curb and gutter replacement to also be included. 4611 Denver Av Phase 2 scope will include removal of approximately 75 LF of duel 60″ CMP and installation of 65LF of a 10×5 RCBC. R&R 54 LF 6″ Water Main; Project to include approx. 314 LF of sewer replacement and (6) MHs. Scope also to include concrete headwalls, riprap, and full depth pavement resurfacing.concrete headwalls and full-depth pavement resurfacing.
The City is seeking a qualified public accounting firm to provide Financial Auditing Services for the City’s accounting records, financial reports and internal accounting controls in accordance with U.S. Generally Accepted Auditing Standards and Government Auditing Standards.
