About the project: The purpose of the Bryant Farms Road Extension, Phase II project is to continue the street connection of Bryant Farms Road between Rea Road and Ardrey Kell Road. The design is anticipated to include a two-lane road with turn lanes, shared-use path on both sides of the road, and improvements at the intersections of Bryant Farms Road with Rea Road, Tom Short Road, and Ardrey Kell Road. The project will also build a crossing over Flat Branch stream and will run adjacent to the Flat Branch Nature Preserve for a portion of the project.

CLT Center Roadway Improvements
This Project will construct an exit lane from the southwest corner of the Charlotte Douglas International Airport’s (“CLT”) Express Deck Self Park to outbound North Josh Birmingham Parkway. Additional directional markings and building signage will be installed along CLT Center Drive. Lastly, this Project proposes pedestrian sidewalk and crosswalk improvements along CLT Center Drive and at the intersection with Harlee Avenue.

Sugar Creek Storage Tanks Cleanout
This contract includes cleaning out storage tanks at the Sugar Creek facility. The work will remove accumulated debris and ensure the tanks remain in good working condition. This maintenance is to extend the lifespan of these critical infrastructure assets.

Small Business Readiness Curriculum Development
The City is seeking a qualified Company to design a comprehensive training curriculum that builds small business capacity and readiness to participate in upcoming City-led projects. The Company will be responsible for developing a Small Business Readiness Curriculum that provides small businesses with the knowledge, tools, and resources needed to compete for contracting opportunities. The Company will be responsible for curriculum development only; delivery of the curriculum will be carried out by other designated facilitators and/or organizations.

2025 Driver Feedback Sign Equipment
The Charlotte Department of Transportation (CDOT) is seeking bids from a qualified supplier to provide up to fifty (50) portable driver feedback speed sign assemblies. As part of a rotational installation program, driver feedback sign assemblies are used to indicate to a driver when vehicles are exceeding the speed limit in an effort to encourage better compliance with speed limits. Driver feedback signs can also be used to gather speed data from the locations where they are deployed. CDOT will manage the installation of these devices internally and will only procure the signs under this contract.

Traffic Signal Detection Equipment Evaluation
The Charlotte Department of Transportation (CDOT) maintains more than 950 traffic signals. Many are equipped with advanced detection technologies to detect all types of roadway users. Over the years, CDOT has used a variety of detection equipment and now seeks to upgrade and standardize detection equipment across the city. The City of Charlotte Department of Transportation (CDOT) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide advanced detection technology and assist with its installation at designated intersections. This effort supports a comparative analysis to identify the most suitable detection solution for the City. The selected detection systems must
reliably identify all roadway users, including vehicles, pedestrians, cyclists, and scooters.

HVAC System Services
The Company shall provide inspections, preventative maintenance, and repair services for HVAC systems to Charlotte Water. Services shall be comprehensive of all tasks necessary to ensure HVAC systems maintain operational status at their established capacity and efficiency. Unless otherwise specified herein or by Charlotte Water in writing, Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) standards shall be followed, including reference to capacity and efficiency ratings.
Charlotte Water has several different types and sizes of HVAC systems located throughout Mecklenburg County. Charlotte Water may award to multiple companies to fulfill all needs.

Charlotte Area Transit System / General Services
CATS Facilities – Plumbing Maintenance and Repair Services
The Charlotte Area Transit System (CATS) Facilities division is responsible for maintaining a portfolio of approximately 25 buildings, including offices, Park & Rides, Maintenance Facilties, equipment shops, that house various CATS activities. CATS anticipates contracting for commercial plumbing services on an on-call at various locations as directed by the CATS Facilities Manager. The Company shall respond to emergency calls for service within 24 hours. Services include all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision for the plumbing projects. This would be a three year contract with two one-year renewals.
