Work performed under this contract will consist of stormwater infrastructure repair and improvement projects within the city limits of Charlotte, NC. Work will involve mobilization, earthwork, drainage structures, storm drain pipe systems, channels, working over, under, near, and around existing private utilities asphalt paving, concrete flatwork, and landscaping, and any associated work required by the Engineer. Other work may include structural foundation protection, stormwater pipe lining, stormwater pipe joint, and structure repair, water and sewer (relocations, installations, and adjustments). Storm Water maintenance work may be located entirely within the street right-of-way |

Sugar Creek Road ITS – CANCELLED
This project will install single‐mode fiber optic cable installed in new directionally bored, hand dug and trenched conduit, existing conduit and aerial attachments to poles. It will remove existing copper communication cables. This project includes entrances and interconnect equipment for existing traffic signal control cabinets and the installation of traffic management cameras. This project also includes fiber optic cable splicing, testing, Ethernet communications equipment, traffic management camera equipment and other related activities.

The scope of this contract shall be to provide the installation of an air handling unit (#63) to provide the additional air flow and cooling needed to satisfy the heat load on this section of concourse “E”. The contract term is 90 days.

Cancelled – 5310 Regional Local Coordinated Plan Consultant
The consultant in which we intend to utilize is under contract with the City (CRPTO) and an amendment to the contract has been issued to ensure that appropriate FTA requirements are included within the contract. The procurement is for the use of a consultant to complete and update the Regional Local Coordinated Plan in which a CRPTO City staff member will serve as the point of contact. The Local Coordinated Plan is used in the award of 5310 grant funds. The consultant will host a series of public meetings, administer surveys, review training studies, compile data from the series of public workshops, and update the existing local coordinated plan.

Cancelled-UPS Equipment Upgrade (Rail-Technology Replacement)
This solicitation will be to select a a firm to perform a power study and start to replace the current commercial level UPS and inverters for all 15 communications cabinet on the Blue Line. The current UPS and inverters for all 15 communications cabinet have a life expectancy of eight years. They are at the end of life and must be replaced to prevent failures that impact the operation of communications to vital Signal and Traction Power operations. Likewise, environmental control/monitoring systems that support the communications houses has reached end of life and must be addressed to continue supporting the critical network equipment in each communications house. FY2019 – request to continue the system upgrade of the Blue Line and complete any outstanding items not covered in FY18.

Service to provide pest control inside CATS major facilities. The service shall contain unlimited call backs at no charge. Pest control for rats, ants and other pest. Cost should include the cost of the traps. Additional charge for pest capture inside CATS major facilities.
