This City is seeking qualified vendors to provide Motorcycle and ATV Repair Services.  Service Provider will perform repair, replacement, maintenance, diagnostic, warranty repair and representation, and related services on the City’s fleet of various models of motorcycles, ATV and utility vehicles owned and operated by the City at their Company facilities or at approved city locations.

This contract will be to provide roof and sealant replacement on the building at
4824 West Boulevard for Charlotte Douglas International Airport, Charlotte, North Carolina. This will be a complete removal of existing roofing membrane, insulation, flashings, sheet metal flashings, gutters, and downspouts, and complete removal of all existing backer rod and sealant at exterior wall brick control joints; repair and/or replacement of rusted and/or deteriorated metal deck, and the installation of new insulation, cover board, mechanically fastened 60 mil TPO membrane and associated flashings, sheet metal flashings, gutters and downspouts, and backer rod and sealant at exterior wall brick control joints and all associated miscellaneous work. The contractor must also provide temporary protection of contents in the building and cleanup of debris associated with removals. The roof has exceeded the expected lifespan and is currently 30+ years old. The project term will be 180 days.

The Contracted Utility Coordinator (CUC) shall provide services to resolve private utility conflicts associated with City of Charlotte Storm Water Services Storm Drainage Improvement Projects.  The City’s Utility Section Manager (USM) will manage the work of the CUC to ensure compliance and adherence to City standards and procedures. Utility Coordination is technical and detail-oriented that requires an understanding of: (a) the private utility company practices for the protection and relocation of utility facilities; (b) roadway and storm drainage infrastructure construction within the public right of way and on private property and (c) the identification and resolution process of any private utility facilities that may be in conflict with the proposed public roadway and storm drainage infrastructure construction

Charlotte Water seeks to establish a pool of companies that can be called upon as needed to perform real estate legal services via flat-rate fees per service offered.  Services include full title searches, limited owner searches, title updates, complete title searches, closing services, legal documentation reviews, and drafting of legal documents.   Interested companies shall employ at least one attorney and one paralegal.

Charlotte Area Transit System Bus Operations Division (CATS-BOD) is currently soliciting bids for Creative Bus Sales OEM replacement body parts to accommodate CATS-BOD Special Transportation Service (STS) Fleet.
