Project provides for a trunk sewer along the Fuda Creek. Total length of sewer line would be approximately 3,600 linear feet (LF).

This project is located in Mint Hill. It includes extending the water main along Brief Road using approximately 8,700 feet of 12 inch water main.

Water main extension along East Rocky River Road in Davidson; approximately 11,600 LF of 16″ water main; approximately 4200 LF of 12″ from intersection south to 12″ connection on Shearer and Dembridge.

This project provides for the design and construction of approximately 3,000 feet of 12-inch gravity sewer to server Campus Ridge Road in South Charlotte.

This project includes construction of approximately 6,000 LF of 24 inch water main.

The Project consists of roof replacement for package 10 – Sugar Creek WWTP Administration Building, East EQ Electrical Building and Main Lift Pump Station.

This project will install approximately 2.1 miles of 24 count single‐mode fiber optic cable installed in new directionally bored, hand dug and trenched conduit, existing conduit and aerial attachments to poles. This project includes entrances and interconnect equipment for eight existing traffic control cabinets and the installation of six traffic management cameras. The project limits are S Tryon Street beginning at West Boulevard to Clanton Road and then along Clanton Road to Barringer Drive. This project also includes fiber splicing, testing, Ethernet equipment communications, traffic management cameras and equipment and other related activities.

This is a collective series storm drainage improvement submittal which contains four (4) separate projects. The projects vary in size and each bring their unique differences. There will be pipe replacement varying in size from 15″- 48″ RCP and 38″x60″ elliptical RCP. Other project replacements include, curb, curb ramp, sidewalk, asphalt, driveways, storm drainage structures and sewer pipe. Project installation includes rip-rap aprons, CIPP liner for a range of pipe from 24″-42″, active shoring, storm drainage pipe and storm drainage structures. Some 24″ RCP will be plugged and filled with excavatable flowable fill.

The purpose and need for this construction project is to improve the storm drainage infrastructure (i.e. pipe systems and culverts) to reduce flooding and to enhance degraded stream reaches to reduce erosion and improve water quality.  This project is under review.  Location and project details will be provided after review is complete.
