Emergency Bagged Ice
The City of Charlotte is looking to receive quotes for Emergency Bagged Ice. The intent of this resulting contract is to be pre-positioned in the event a state of emergency has been declared by the Governor of North Carolina and/or federally declared disaster area as designated by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). The Company would be required to deliver bags of ice and a merchandiser for storage to specified locations by a City department during the emergency event.

The Project consists of the repaving of two different Charlotte Water Facilities: Zone 1 which is located at 11609 Hord Drive Huntersville, NC 28078, and Zone 2 located at 5730 General Commerce Drive Charlotte, NC 28213. Zone 1 encompasses additional aspects besides the repaving, including a proposed storm drainage system, water and sanitary sewer extensions, and the enlargement of the existing detention pond. Zone 2 includes some storm drainage, curb and gutter, and concrete apart from the repaving.

Bus Painting Services – CANCELLED
Project cancelled as CLT buses were painted under contract and all future buses will be electric and have a vehicle wrap instead of a paint scheme.
Aviation utilizes a fleet of buses to transport customers and employees between parking areas and the airport terminal. The scope of this contract shall be to provide paint services for both new and existing Aviation’s bus fleet that require painting due to wear, tear and or collisions.
