The Company shall perform maintenance, and repair services on fleet street sweeper truck equipment owned, operated, or maintained by the City.

Bryant Farms Phase 2 (Design-Build)
This purpose of the Bryant Farms Road Extension, Phase II project is to continue the street connection of Bryant Farms Road between Rea Road and Ardrey Kell Road. The design is anticipated to include a two-lane road with turn lanes, shared-use path on both sides of the road, and improvements at the intersections of Bryant Farms Road with Rea Road, Tom Short Road, and Ardrey Kell Road. The project will also build a crossing over Flat Branch stream and will run adjacent to the Flat Branch Nature Preserve for a portion of the project.

This contract covers on-call repairs for water and sewer systems throughout Charlotte Water’s collection and distribution areas. Work may include emergency mobilization for critical pipeline repairs and other maintenance activities. The contract ensures rapid response capabilities for unforeseen infrastructure issues.

An extension of McCullough Drive, from it’s current terminus east
of southeast of North Tryon Street, to the disconnected terminus
southwest of W.T. Harris Blvd. It is already designed and real
estate acquired. This is necessary for splitting this project apart
from the McCullough Streetscape Project. Length = 0.272 miles
This contract will provide installation services for small-diameter water and sewer service connections within the Charlotte Water service area. It will replace the existing FY24 Small Service Contract #1. The work will help meet growing service demands and maintain system reliability.
