Crushed Stone
Crushed stone is used in street paving projects, grading projects, storm water repair projects, and water and sewer line projects. This Citywide contract will be primarily used by the Charlotte Department of Transportation, Charlotte Water, and Aviation. The contract is based on estimated quantities of 12 different types and sizes of crushed stone and sand with pricing dependent upon the City using its own trucks and City personnel to pick up the stone. City certified MWSBE firms may be considered for additional hauling needs when the City needs delivery to specific locations.

Current failures of the existing culvert pose a threat to residents, vehicle traffic, and apartment homes. This project will replace, rehabilitate, and relocate the drainage system to ensure public safety within the easement. |

Equipment Services Building Roof Replacement
Project consists of roof replacement at Fleet Management, Charlotte, North Carolina. This work includes
the provision of labor, material, equipment, supervision and administration to includes:
1. Roof Areas A, B, C and D:
a. Complete removal of all existing metal roof, insulation, bituminous flashings and metal flashings,
gutters and downspouts, abandoned vents and discard.
b. Furnish and install new roof insulation, structural metal roof panels and all associated
miscellaneous work as specified herein.
c. Furnish and install new gutters, downspouts and bituminous and metal flashings.
2. Roof Area E:
a. Furnish and install new roof insulation, fully adhered PVC roof membrane and all associated
miscellaneous work as specified herein.
b. Furnish and install new gutters, downspouts and bituminous and metal flashings.

This project will install a 10-foot asphalt path that connects Park South Drive to Park Road. This will include two pedestrian signals.
This acquisition is for the purchase of Optics 1 Enhanced Clip-On Thermal Imager (E-COTI) Kits in support of CMPD. E-COTI Kits improve situational awareness and increases threat detection in extreme low-light, or no light conditions.
