The Charlotte Douglas International Airport, a City of Charlotte department, is seeking professional on-call appraisal & review appraisal services. This work requires licensed appraisers for various appraisal assignments with extensive experience following the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition for Federal and Federally Assisted Programs Act of 1970 (the Uniform Act).

Electrical Vehicle (EV) Charging Modification
Installation of two new 150KW electrical vehicle (EV) fast chargers and six EV charging station dispensers for the electrical buses at Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CDIA). The work includes, but is not limited to, the required electrical work to install two new 150KW EV chargers and six charging EV dispensers, with each of the EV chargers supporting three dispensers.

Biosolids Thermal Hydrolysis Process Design Build Project
Charlotte Water intends to implement the Thermal Hydrolysis Process (THP) and other biosolids treatment improvements at the McAlpine Creek Wastewater Management Facility (WWMF) utilizing the Progressive-Design-Build delivery method to create a sustainable, regionalized, diversified, and resilient biosolids management program. The project will include the design and construction of multiple facilities at the McAlpine Creek WWMF including a Pre-Dewatering building with associated process equipment, screened sludge storage tanks, THP systems as furnished by CAMBI, improvements to the existing anaerobic digester complex including steam boilers, replacement odor control facility, sidestream deammonification treatment, electrical distribution system improvements, and other ancillary components.

Non-Profit Support Administrator Services
The City of Charlotte received federal stimulus funding under the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) State & Local Fiscal Recovery Fund program enacted in 2021. The City has designated up to $3.5 million of ARPA funding to support the local non-profit community. The City is seeking a small number of community partners to serve as Administrators who will serve as the primary representatives for the program and perform all required administrative duties necessary for program implementation, recipient identification, eligibility, and funds distribution related to the program.

The purpose of this RFP is to contract traffic signal and fiber maintenance for the next 3 years on the signalized intersections within the City of Charlotte. The Charlotte Douglas International Airport is seeking proposals from experienced, qualified Service Providers in a variety of Financial Consulting, Business, and Revenue Services to provide ongoing support and guidance of the Airport’s daily financial operations and activities. Specific areas addressed within the Scope of Services for this RFP include the following:
• Airport Financial Consulting Services;
• Airport Business and Revenue Consulting Services; and
• Airport Passenger Facility Charges Services.
Service Providers are encouraged to submit proposals for any or all of the above Services. The City may elect to award some or all of the Services to one or more Service Providers. While the City is flexible with respect to certain elements of its proposed relationship with the Airport Financial, Business & Passenger Facility Charges Consulting Services Service Provider(s), the City has certain preferences for that relationship and has developed the following proposed model for that relationship.
