Charlotte Water, a Department of the City of Charlotte, will be seeking a company to print inserts that are then delivered to a mail house facility for insertion into the monthly water billing statement.

Charlotte Water will provide monthly print-ready artwork files to the company for printing. The company shall be responsible for the printing of the inserts, as well as shipping and delivery of the inserts to the designated mail house facility.

Although Charlotte Water makes no guarantees as to print volumes, it can be estimated that up to 600,000 inserts will be required to print monthly.

The scope of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to establish a contract for the purchase, delivery, and other inherently related activities to procure various sizes of Ultrasonic Water Meters on an as-needed basis for Charlotte Water. These meters will be replacing existing water meters with ultrasonic models throughout the Charlotte Water service area.

The scope of this contract shall be to provide on call surveying services for various airport projects for Charlotte Douglas International Airport.

The term of the Contract shall be for three (3) years with the option for two (2), one (1) year renewals.

(Cancelled) Charlotte Water will be seeking a contract with a company to provide snack and drink vending machines, related services (e.g., restocking), and drink dispensers (e.g., coffee).  Machines and dispensers will be placed throughout all Charlotte Water facilities, in areas such as breakrooms.

The City of Charlotte requires professional security guard services at the CMGC (Charlotte Mecklenburg Government Center), Old City Hall, Belmont Center and CMPD HQ.

Installation of owner-supplied equipment including foundation installation and minor concrete flatwork.

This project involves building asphalt speed cushions, asphalt speed tables, and the rebuilding existing speed humps that have worn down over time throughout the City. The project includes traffic control, pavement milling, bituminous surface treatment, and pavement markings.  This project will be assigned by task orders.

The scope of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to establish a contract for the purchase, delivery, and other inherently related activities to procure water testing devices on an as needed basis for Charlotte Water. These devices will be replacing existing devices throughout Charlotte Water Field Operations.

Charlotte Douglas International Airport is establishing an Multi Year Asphalt Maintenance Program. This program will include asphalt replacement and repair maintenance services at various locations as needed for property and facilities managed by the Aviation Department. Task Orders will be issued with details concerning the services to be provided.
