This project involves building asphalt speed cushions, asphalt speed tables, and the rebuilding existing speed humps that have worn down over time throughout the City. The scope of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to establish a contract for the purchase, delivery, and other inherently related activities to procure water testing devices on an as needed basis for Charlotte Water. These devices will be replacing existing devices throughout Charlotte Water Field Operations.

Construction of a new wastewater treatment plant in South Mecklenburg County near Mint Hill. The construction consists of process piping, wastewater equipment installation, and electrical power and controls. The project shall also include provision of a temporary treatment plant during construction of the new plant.
