Provide the necessary labor and equipment to relocate furniture, equipment, and miscellaneous items from the Airport Terminal and other various Airport properties. The City of Charlotte’s operates over 6,500 vehicles, including, but not limited to, heavy-duty refuse and recycle trucks, street sweepers, construction equipment, light-duty trucks, trailers, cars, and SUVs.

The City seeks to establish a contract for Vehicle Tires and Wheel Service from qualified vendors. The contract will be for the purchase, delivery, installation, labor-related maintenance, and service calls in compliance with the specifications and terms and conditions outlined in this ITB. The City of Charlotte will match the load, speed, and tread wear ratings to meet the requirements of specific vehicles and applications. All tires offered shall be the latest models available from manufacturers.

Services provided under this ITB will be provided to the City’s Solid Waste Services Department and other City Departments.

These services shall include providing Financial Feasibility Consultant Services in connection with the issuance(s) and sale(s) of airport bonds and other debt for the Charlotte Douglas International Airport, a City of Charlotte department (CLT).

These services are anticipated to be a multi-year contract (Three (3) year initial contract term + two (2) x one (1) year extensions).

This project consists of demolition of existing walls, ceiling tile, doors and frames, finishes, electrical, HVAC components, Existing. The new work Consists of repairing existing walls, installing new ceiling tiles, cleaning, refining, relocating existing HVAC grilles, installing new HVAC grilles, relocating existing lighting fixtures, providing new finishes.

As part of the 4^th Parallel Runway project, the Airport will solicit bids for grading, drainage, fencing, and erosion and sediment control. Other scopes of work include:

• Excavation of in-site soil and rock from existing Airport property areas
• Stockpiling, placement, and compaction of excavated material in CLT-recommended locations
• Isolated, minor site surface drainage features along regraded areas and stockpile locations
• May include extension of existing Coffey Creek box culvert – currently under construction as part of the South Crossfield (SCF) project (TBD)
• May include extension of existing sanitary sewer line relocation – currently under construction as part of the SCF project (TBD)
• Identification of and relocation of existing security perimeter fence as needed.

Provide on-call design services for Vision Zero projects including, but not limited to the following:

• Pedestrian improvements ranging from pedestrian refuges to full signal design;
• Safe Routes to School improvements;
• Sidewalk gap and bus stop improvements on thoroughfares;
• Evaluations/before and after studies of improvements.

The City of Charlotte, serving as Model Custodian of the Metrolina Regional Travel Demand Model, is releasing this listing to engage a qualified firm for the purpose of technical support for the next update to the simplified tour-based Metrolina Regional Travel Demand Model (MRM). The work may involve tasks including, but not limited to:
• Technical assistance and guidance in developing household travel surveys designed to capture tour-based travel, with the potential to supplement with big data.
• Technical assistance and guidance with tour model estimation using travel survey data.
• Technical assistance and guidance with tour model calibration and validation.
• Technical assistance and guidance in developing a tour-based mode choice model (to include coordination with and endorsement by Charlotte Area Transit System (CATS) and FTA.
• Additional model development guidance and assistance as needed.
