Procurement of and Federal Aviation Administration Remote Transmitter Receiver (RTR) towers with the following attachments or appurtenances: a platform at the top of the tower, antenna mount arms, a climbing ladder, safety climb system, coax/waveguide ladder, obstruction light, lightning protection and grounding kit and foundation embedment.
All materials to be delivered to Charlotte Douglas International Airport.

Emergency Snow and Ice Removal Services
This project includes snow removal and/or barricading services by either plowing, sweeping, shoveling, or any combination as may be required to provide safe, clear, and unobstructed foot and vehicle travel at city maintained facilities including, but not limited, to parking lots, parking decks, driveways, sidewalks, stairways, and, in some instances, building entrances.
The selected Company will provide snow removal services on an on-call, as-needed basis. Work will be performed in response to requests made by the City’s Project Manager. All services will require advance authorization. The selected company will provide all personnel, equipment, tools, supplies, supervision, and any other items necessary to perform snow removal services. Rental equipment and subcontracting of portions of the work without specific prior authorization will not be accepted.

Precast Utility Shelter (Informal Construction)
Procurement of a 12’ x 36’ precast concrete utility shelter to house electrical and communications equipment supporting the FAA’s RTR radar site. The shelter will be fabricated off-site with minimal field fabrication requirements and will be constructed in accordance with all local and state building codes.

West Ramp Dual Taxi Lanes (Design)
The West Ramp Dual Taxi lanes project at Charlotte Douglas International Airport will provide for the design and construction of dual taxi lanes on the west ramp between taxiways E14 and E15 and includes the realignment of gates on old Concourse A to accommodate future fleet mixes. The following scope is based on planning level analysis and will need to be confirmed through the design. The current taxi lane configuration lacks sufficient bidirectional flow and consists of a single parallel Group V taxi lane supporting each runway and a single Group III taxi lane around the perimeter of the existing terminal apron
The project consists of a roof replacement at Police and Fire Training Academy, in Charlotte, North Carolina. This work includes labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and administration to replace the existing two-ply modified bitumen roof system with the specified thermoplastic, single-ply roof system on 4 roof areas totaling approximately 59,115 square feet of roof area.
