This would be for a multi-year contract that includes, but is not limited to, inspections, diagnostics, troubleshooting, component repair or replacement, and system testing.

Airport Surveillance Radar Relocation Construction
This project consists of the construction of a new Airport Surveillance facility (ASR) at the Charlotte Douglas International Airport in Charlotte, North Carolina. Two buildings will be constructed along with the 87ft tall ASR Tower. These two buildings consist of an ASR Support Building and a Storage Building. The sitework consists of an asphalt paved entrance drive and parking lot with a stormwater system.

Edgewater/Rosecrest Storm Drainage Improvement Project
The purpose and need for this construction project is to improve the storm drainage infrastructure (i.e. pipe systems and culverts) to reduce flooding and to enhance degraded stream reaches to reduce erosion and improve water quality. Euclid Avenue 1818 Storm Drainage Improvement Project
The project involves analysis of existing conditions to determine portions of the storm drainage system needing improvement, and design and construction of needed improvements. The existing storm system experienced a pipe collapse due to poor condition of the pipe. To address the request and meet level of service design standards the project will remove and replace the existing Storm Drainage Infrastructure within the project scope.
Proposed improvements include removing approximately 343 LF of 18″ storm water pipe and replace with approximately 410 LF of 24″ storm water pipe, add 2 double catch basins and associated items, and remove and replace approximately 357 LF of 8″ sewer pipe, and 3 sewer manholes.

Fuel System Maintenance and Quality Assessment Services
The project provides sitewide fuel system maintenance and fuel quality assessment services, including inspection, testing, and preventative maintenance of fuel tanks and associated fuel system components. This contract will be term based and services will be provided as needed.
Improvements on Harrisburg Road between Ponderosa Pine Lane and Colwick Hill Road, including a pedestrian hybrid beacon in between Denbur Drive and Cedarbrook Drive to create a more pedestrian-oriented corridor. Improvements will primarily include shared use path, sidewalk, drainage, mid-block pedestrian crossing, curb and gutter, and milling and overlay of asphalt.
