This program aligns with the City’s goals of Closing the Digital Divide and Building Workforce Development.

The City is seeking a qualified company to provide Security Equipment and Maintenance Services in its facilities, which is critical to protecting public safety infrastructures and prevention of unauthorized individuals. The Company shall provide, install, and/or replace, when defective, security equipment, and provide maintenance and support to new and existing equipment and technology for video surveillance and access management.

The Charlotte Mecklenburg Police Department (CMPD) solicits competitive proposals from experienced Companies to provide Recruitment Advertising Services. The selected Company will be tasked with delivering a range of services, including but not limited to brand development, marketing strategy formulation, graphic design, and website design and development. These services will support CMPD in the development and execution of a comprehensive recruitment campaign.

The City seeks proposals from experienced Companies to provide Interpretation, Translation, and Transcription Services. The selected Companies will support City Departments by ensuring transparent and inclusive communication between the City and its residents, businesses, and stakeholders. Multiple Companies will be awarded to meet this need.

CLT Airport shall purchase miscellaneous items for re-stocking of badges and credential items including but not limited to badge holders and clips, printer and inline laminating supplies and badges.

This project will rehabilitate Primary Clarifier #5 at the McDowell Creek Water Resource Recovery Facility. The scope of work includes the demolition and replacement of the existing clarifier mechanism, various concrete repairs, and regrouting of the clarifier floor. Additionally, pressure-reducing valves, plug valves, and telescoping valves will be replaced, and existing electrical and instrumentation systems will be reconnected to the new clarifier mechanism. These improvements will enhance the functionality and durability of the primary clarifier.

This project involves the replacement of the existing ultraviolet disinfection system at the Sugar Creek Water Resource Recovery Facility. The scope of work includes upgrading the UV disinfection system while utilizing the existing UV channels, extending these channels, and replacing the current level control gates with fixed finger weirs. A new non-potable water (NPW) pump station wet well will be added, and the drain valve of the East Equalization Basin will be replaced. During this upgrade, a temporary disinfection system will be provided to maintain disinfection while the UV system is out of service. Additionally, two existing NPW pumps will be relocated, and three NPW pumps will be replaced in kind. The Filter Backwash Return Pump wet well work will include the installation of a backwash return pump, the necessary piping and valves, and the replacement of a flow meter.
