The Newell Stream Restoration Project is located near WT Harris Boulevard (NC 24) and Old Concord Road along a network of tributaries to Toby Creek. Project improvements include restoring approximately 2,500 LF of degraded stream channel, floodplain, and riparian buffer.

Collective Storm Drainage Improvement Projects Series AG will involve 2 projects throughout the City of Charlotte, 1845 Pinewood Cr and 6009 Rexwood Pl. 1845 Pinewood Cr will consist of reinforced concrete pipe replacement and realignment, CIPP liner, storm drainage structure replacement, full depth asphalt, curb and gutter, concrete driveway, new sanitary sewer pipe and sanitary sewer structures, and new watermain. 6009 Rexwood Pl will consist of reinforced concrete pipe replacement and realignment, CIPP liner, storm drainage structure replacement, full depth asphalt, curb and gutter, and concrete driveway.

Laurel Avenue Storm Drainage Improvement Project
This project is bordered by Laurel Avenue to the north, Dotger Avenue to the south, Randolph Road to the east and Hempstead Place to the west. The existing drainage system consists of closed pipe systems. This drainage system is currently undersized and street flooding has been reported on Colville Road and building flooding has been reported on Cranbrook Lane.

Flintridge Dr (2831) Storm Drainage Improvement Project
The purpose and need for this construction project is to improve the storm drainage infrastructure (i.e. pipe systems and culverts) to reduce flooding and to enhance degraded stream reaches to reduce erosion and improve water quality. Coffee Service Solution
Charlotte Water will seek a multi-year turn-key coffee service solution for its breakrooms in each applicable facility. The selected company will provide rental equipment (bean-to-cup and pod coffee makers), maintenance and repairs of the equipment, their full product selection, and related services such as refilling the equipment.
The City of Charlotte will be issuing a Request for Proposals on behalf of the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department to solicit for a contract with a qualified consulting company that can provide consulting services to develop and implement a CAD Solution to replace and consolidate the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department, Charlotte Fire Department, and Mecklenburg County Medic respective systems.
