Flight Tracking System Services
CLT Airport is seeking a company to provide Flight Tracking System (FTS) Services for the purpose of tracking noise complaints and ensuring that flights are maintaining approved flight tracks. The selected company shall provide all necessary equipment, software, training, and support services necessary to deliver Flight Tracking System (FTS) Services to the airport.

Bus On-Site Inspection
BOD requests a five year service contract for on-site bus inspection. Specifically, a Contractor is being sought to conduct transit bus line inspection and secondary in-plant quality assurance services. The overall goal for these services is to ensure that each of the vehicles being produced is manufactured in compliance with 49 CFR Part 663, “Pre-Award and Post-Delivery Audits of Rolling Stock Purchases” regulations and 49 CFR 661 “Buy America” requirements; as amended by the “Fixing America’s Surface Transportation” (FAST) Act. These inspections also ensure that the vehicles comply fully with the specifications of the order, and ensure that each vehicle is free from defects.

Decommissioning and Rehabilitation Runway 5-23
The Runway 5-23 Decommissioning and Rehabilitation project at Charlotte Douglas International Airport includes the decommissioning of the existing FAA NAVAIDs for Runway 5-23 and conversion of Runway 5-23 into a taxiway, including taxiway marking, lighting, and signage. The project also includes rehabilitation of the Runway 5-23 asphalt pavement in the form of a variable-depth mill and overlay as well as select concrete slab replacement for installation of taxiway centerline lights.

Charlotte Water and Charlotte Storm Water Services are seeking Independent construction cost estimating services. The work may include independent estimating services for various phases of construction contracts or review, reconciliation of cost estimates, and evaluation of cost estimates completed by a contractor. Respondents should have knowledge of the Charlotte market, water, sewer and stormwater construction procedures, and an understanding of various project delivery methods. Projects may be pipelines, pump stations, treatment plants or facilities projects.

CLT – Painting Services for Passenger Boarding Bridges (PBBs)
CLT is seeking qualified Provider(s) to perform painting of passenger boarding bridges (PBBs). Provider(s) is responsible for furnishing all labor, equipment, tools and use of equipment necessary for the surface preparation and painting of the entire interior and exterior surface of the PBBs The Provider(s) may provide partial painting and/or complete surface painting for the PBBs during the contract term.
This contract is anticipated to have an initial three (3) year term with two (2) – one (1) year renewals.

CLT – Electrical Switchgear Maintenance and Repair Services
CLT is looking for a Company to perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot, test, and repair a variety of switchgear and breakers. CLT installations range from the small facility with residential-type single-phase power to the very large facility with incoming service voltages to 25 KV (kilovolts).
Three (3) year term with two (2) additional one (1) year renewals.

CMGC – ADA Implementation – Phase 1 – Chambers
This project will address the non-conforming, physical ADA barriers to the greatest extent feasible and where applicable under code provisions. Phase 1 addresses barriers in the Charlotte Mecklenburg Government Center Chamber Space. Scope includes the following, but is not limited to, Doors and Door Hardware, Ramps, Seating, Millwork, Speaker Podiums, Media Pit, Dias Access and Entry Vestibule Controlled Access.
The scope shall include two parts:
A. The Company shall develop CLT’s Triennial Disadvantage Business Enterprise (DBE) overall goal based on analysis of available opportunities and qualified DBE firms available for participation. Goal development includes, but is not limited, to obtaining comparative data from other similar projects and interaction with Regional Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Civil Rights Officers, as well as organizing and conducting a stakeholder/public participation meeting.
B. The Company shall develop CLT’s Triennial Airport Concessions Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (ACDBE) overall goal based on analysis of available opportunities and qualified ACDBE firms available for participation. Goal development includes, but is not limited to, obtaining comparative data from other similar projects, and interaction with Regional Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Civil Rights Officers, as well as organizing and conducting a stakeholder/public participation meeting.
