The scope of this contract shall be to provide window cleaning services through the Airport’s main terminal, business valet parking decks, daily parking decks, hourly parking deck, old terminal, and ramp tower. The services will include interior and exterior window cleaning on an “on-call” basis.

Belk Greenway Connector
Belk Greenway Connector is a cycle track project. This project will involve shifting the medians on McDowell St to make room for the cycle track, replacing noncompliant curb ramps, replacing noncompliant pedestrian signals, transferring signal heads to new mast arms, mill & overlay, pavement markings, sign installation, and the removal of 4 median trees.

Dry Detention Water Quality Enhancement Project
The Project consists of retrofitting existing stormwater detention basins including constructing forebays to increase pretreatment of solids and create sheet flow through the basin, removing and replacing of existing turf grass in the bottom of the basins with a hardier herbaceous vegetative mix that provides more treatment, and modification of outlet structures of basins that increase retention time within the basins to increase pollutant removal.

The City of Charlotte and Participating Public Agencies are seeking bids from qualified vendors for the supply of high-quality firefighting turnout gear. This turnout gear is essential for the safety and effectiveness of the firefighting personnel. We are seeking vendor(s) to provide durable and reliable turnout gear that will provide protection to the upper and lower body, excluding head, hands, and feet against adverse environmental effects during structural firefighting. All material and construction of turnout gear MUST meet or exceed NFPA standard #1971 – current edition and OSHA requirements for fire fighter protective clothing.

Construction Manager at Risk for Robinson Church Road Phase 2
Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) Services
A CMAR will bring value in determining the most cost-effective alignment and provide potential construction phasing options, thereby minimizing schedule risks and constructability concerns.
The proposed design includes a 12’‐wide concrete shared‐use path along one side of Robinson Church Road, beginning at Plott Road (connects to Robinson Church Road Phase 1 Improvements) and continues to Harrisburg Road. Accommodations for pedestrian / bicycle crossings and minor upgrades at major intersections (Hood Road, the future Eastern Circumferential Roadway and Harrisburg Road) and minor side streets (Alanbrook Road, Ludell Lane, Irwin Road, Fairford Drive, Solares Drive, Jerimoth Drive, Culver Spring Way, Hammond Drive, Atlas Cedar, Deluca Drive, Castle Garden Lane, Williams Gate Lane and Jones Creek Circle) will also be included in the scope. The project team is early in the design phase and plans are currently at a 10% milestone level. The CMAR shall provide input on the design, including side‐of‐street analysis for the shared‐use path and pedestrian / bicycle crossings at all major and minor intersections to identify potential cost savings and schedule efficiencies.

524 Wilby Drive: The culvert will be constructed with a headwall and endwall, with the junction box In between. The 24” plastic pipe will be replaced with 24” RCP.
6633 Brookfield Place: 30” RCP from JB 9 to DCB 8 to be replaced with a 36” RCP , and curb to be added along Alexander Road and standard catch basins to be constructed along the curb.

The City has defined and established five (5) Municipal Service Districts (“MSD”). These partnerships extend the City’s capacity to address strategic priorities and concerns of the community, including but not limited to:
The City is seeking a Company or Companies to provide Municipal Service District Services for each of the existing 5 MSDs. Companies may choose to propose for services on one (1) or more MSDs, and the City shall contract individually for each MSD with the Company best meeting the City’s needs. Companies are coordinated by the Office of Strategy & Budget

Davidson Eastern Rocky River Sanitary Sewer Outfall-CANCELLED
This contract will be for the design and construction of a gravity outfall sewer along the Rocky River. This project will consist of approximately 3,600 linear feet of 15-inch and 2,400 linear feet of 12-inch gravity sanitary sewer piping. This outfall is tributary to the existing Rocky River outfall in Cabarrus County and Water and Sewer Authority of Cabarrus County (WSACC) Rocky River Regional Wastewater Treatment Plant.

This Project will involve providing horizontal construction services to improve various bus stops of the Charlotte Area Transit System (CATS) throughout Mecklenburg County. This project will be governed by a Task Order-based procurement and contract.
