The City of Charlotte is seeking Companies with the ability to provide Technology and Staff Augmentation needs when supplementation of full-time City staff is necessary. Contractors shall support the City in various roles across City Departments. Staffing includes but not limited to Project Manager,  Security Engineer, IT, Accounting and Financial, Skilled Trades, Laboratory and Scientific, and Administration and Clerical.   For staffing assignment, Companies shall receive a detailed scope of work containing the specific needs and objectives for the Contractor.

The City is interested in awarding multiple contracts for these services. These contracts will be for a three year term with the option for one, two year renewal.

This contract will be a Charlotte Cooperative Purchasing Alliance (CCPA) contract.

The addition is primarily a shell space to be leased to a tenant or stakeholder for the final buildout. The base bid is for a 4,350 Square Feet (SF) addition and associated site work with two add alternates to increase the total SF by an additional 1,400 SF per alternate. The drainage system consists of closed corrugated metal pipe systems underneath City maintained roads.
