Part of the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) mandates that bridges and culverts are inspected every two years. Bridges are inspected for structural adequacy, safety, and functionality.

A pay station parking kiosk that serves multiple parking spaces. It will allow parkers to start a pay-by-plate parking session via a touchscreen or keyboard input. The Kiosks should have the ability to be informational and integrate with other mobility options.

The City is seeking qualified Companies to perform Janitorial Services at numerous City facilities. The Services include, but are not limited to; providing supervision, tools, materials, equipment, cleaning supplies, and expertise to perform janitorial services within building offices, classrooms, lobbies, corridors, passageways, rest rooms, exercise facilities and locker rooms, and industrial and specialized facilities including but not limited to warehouses and trailers.

The City of Charlotte Department of Transportation (CDOT) is responsible for the removal of snow and ice on City maintained streets.  Additional resources are needed to clear streets during extraordinary winter weather events. Contractors  provide additional dump truck and plowing equipment with licensed operators to supplement City services.

This project consists of two culverts in series under Cedarbrook Drive and Denbur Drive. Both culvert crossings consist of triple barrel corrugated metal pipe systems. This is a project that was identified by the asset management team and both culvert crossings are actively failing, and preliminary calculations show that the culverts are also undersized.

The need for this construction project is to improve the storm drainage infrastructure (i.e. pipe systems and culverts) to reduce flooding and to enhance degraded stream reaches to reduce erosion and improve water quality.  This project is under review.  Location and project details will be provided after the review is complete.

This project consists of multiple isolated storm drainage improvements projects located throughout the City of Charlotte. Projects include storm drainage replacement and sewer relocations within the street right-of-way and private, residential properties.
