Rocky Falls Storm Drainage Improvement Project
The purpose and need for this construction project is to improve the storm drainage infrastructure (i.e. pipe systems and culverts) to reduce flooding and to enhance degraded stream reaches to reduce erosion and improve water quality. Reece Rd Storm Drainage Improvement Project
The project is bounded by the Park Rd Shopping Center to the South, Park Rd to the West, Arbor Lane to the North and Little Sugar Creek to the East. The project involves storm drainage improvements along Reece Rd primarily with some improvements in intersections with Park Rd and Arbor Lane.

Monroe Road Streetscape
Improvements on Monroe Road between North Wendover Road and Eaton Road to create a more pedestrian-oriented corridor and install a pedestrian hybrid beacon in front of Time Out Youth Center. Improvements will primarily include shared-use paths, drainage, and midblock pedestrian crossings.

Hastings Princeton Storm Drainage Improvement Project
The Hastings/Princeton Storm Drainage Improvement Project will reduce street and structure flooding throughout the neighborhood. Located within a drainage area of approximately 80 acres, the project will replace aging infrastructure and provide adequate system capacity. The project area is bordered by Wellesley Avenue to the north, Hastings Drive to the south, Selwyn Avenue to the east and Jamestown Drive to the west.

Pella Rd 6212 Project Storm Drainage Improvement Project
Project consist of joint repairs and the lining of 563 LF of 66 CMP with CIPP. Three non-standard and three standard structures will be removed/replaced as well as two headwalls. 57 LF of 24 inch RCP will be removed and replaced. A rip rap apron will be revised/installed. 70 LF of an 8″ water main will also be relocated.

Morning Dale Storm Drainage Improvement Project
The Morning Dale Storm Drainage Improvement Project will reduce street and structure flooding throughout the neighborhood. Located within a drainage area of approximately 560 acres, the project will replace and/or rehabilitate aging infrastructure and provide adequate drainage system capacity. This project area is bordered by Hinson Drive to the north, Stratfordshire Drive to the south, Tadlock Place to the east and Morning Dale Road to the west.

Project initiated to permanently fix what was an old AFT project. City intends to replace the existing 12’x8’ CMP and replace with approx. 50 LF of 10×8 RCBC; Add (2) concrete wingwalls; (4) CBs; (1) JB; Asphalt and curb replacement; Tie existing sewer crossing into a separate system (2) SSMH’s and approx 30 LF of 8” DIP; 15 LF 15” PVC
