Citywide Survey Services
Multiple City Departments require citizen, employee, or business surveys throughout the year. These surveys gauge opinion on numerous topics regarding City services and performance. Surveys may be conducted via online, email or paper surveys.
Survey Services shall be at the sole request of the City, and shall not be performed until Service Provider receives such request by the City. The Services are not guaranteed to be utilized by any Department.
Survey Services shall included but are not limited to:
Conduct or facilitate meetings with the City Project Manager and City staff to assess specific questions or topics concerning the survey process, establishment of questions, objectives, and survey timelines;
Recommend survey questions, objectives, design, and methodology, subject to Department Project Manager approval;
Develop a sample survey for review by the City Project Manager;
Review survey questions with the Department to ensure a reduction in duplication efforts in content and timing;
Identify and select a random sample of all recipients to be surveyed. The sampling shall include various demographics, correlating to the diversity of the survey’s target population;
Guarantee that results will provide the City with, at minimum, a ninety-five percent (95%) confidence level;
Provide City Project Manager with an electronic copy of the data in a format acceptable to the City; and
Conduct a formal presentation of survey results to the Department City Project Manager and City staff upon completion of Services.

Provide tree and debris removal and clearing services for utility project damages, water and sewer right-of-ways, and clearing after storms.

Peachtree Hills Sidewalk
This project will install sidewalk within the Peachtree Hills area in three (3) locations. The proposed sidewalk will be located along Peachtree Road from Oakdale Road to Crandon Drive, along the northeast side of Beam Lake Drive from Peachtree Road to an existing sidewalk connection 800ft east, and along the south side of Oak Drive from Oakdale Road to an existing sidewalk connection 0.25 miles east.

This project will replace the signalized intersection of Tuckaseegee/Thrift/Berryhill with a roundabout.

Ashley Road Sidewalk
This project will construct sidewalk along the east side of Ashley Rd from Greenland Ave. to Alleghany St. The scope for this project will include an 8’ planting strip where feasible and 6’ sidewalk, driveway improvements, wheelchair ramps and minor curb adjustments to eliminate pinch points for bike lanes.

Rozzelles Ferry Pedscape
This project will provide new pedestrian refuge medians, new sidewalk, new wheelchair ramps, landscaping with street trees, drainage improvements, and street resurfacing. Project length is 0.706 Miles.

State Street Ped Crossing
This project will install a new pedestrian crossing that will connect the current Stewart Creek Greenway to the proposed Stewart Creek Greenway along State Street. Signs and high visible markings will be installed. The project length is 120 feet.
The project consists of replacing two (2) 475 kVA emergency paralleled generators in the sub-plaza level of the Government Center. The existing generators along with the existing paralleling gear, exhaust, fuel, cooling, and branch circuit systems shall be demolished and replaced. In detail these include, but are not limited to: two (2) existing radiators in the pit adjacent to the generator room, the existing paralleling gear, the exhaust piping stack up to the roof level, all existing cooling and fuel piping, the existing fuel pumps, and all electrical branch circuit for ancillary generator loads. The existing generators shall be removed in such a manner as to ensure they can be resold by the general contractor for a credit back to the City. Two (2) new CAT emergency-rated 500 kVA generators (purchased directly by the City) shall be installed along with a new 2000 amp, 480/277V switchboard (also purchased directly by the City), which shall replace the existing paralleling switchboard. The new generators shall be equipped with onboard paralleling technology. New control wiring shall be provided and installed to two (2) new annunciators and the existing building management system at the security desk adjacent to the elevator lobby on the sub-plaza level of the facility. A 1MW temporary generator shall be provided and installed by the electrical contractor adjacent to the street and exterior wall of the generator room to provide temporary backup power coverage while the existing gear systems are demolished and replaced. The general contractor is required to provide a construction schedule and participate in necessary pre-construction and construction progress meetings during the duration of the project. The City shall provide a commissioning agent to develop all commissioning scripts and testing procedures at the conclusion of construction activities. The General Contractor shall be responsible for all necessary materials and labor necessary for the performance of the scripted commissioning activities.
