Spectrum Center Traffic Control – CANCELLED
DUPLICATE of “Traffic Control Services”
The City of Charlotte provides direct traffic control and logistical support for the Spectrum Center which is host to an estimated 125 sporting, music, business, and other events a year. To reduce visitor risk, increase visitor return rates and minimize oversight and recurring management of City staff, the City has determined that a Traffic Control Plan, and a Company to perform portions of this plan are necessary for select events. During the last year, the City and current Company have provided this support for over 69 events. The selected Company shall be the sole provider of traffic control services for the Spectrum Center and designated areas around the Spectrum Center.

The City of Charlotte (“City”) will be seeking professional consulting services for strategic planning, research, analysis, and development to advance more streamlined and effective local government operations.
The Consultant(s) shall be established, qualified, and experienced consulting firms capable of providing versatile strategic planning resources, support, and consultation in the local government arena.
The Consultant(s) must be capable of performing various tasks, up to and including, but not limited to:

The acquisition of airport ground support equipment such as aircraft tug, belt loader, stair truck and lavatory service cart. Contract term 3 years with optional renewal years.

Charlotte Water / Construction
FY23 Small Diameter Water/Sewer Service Contract #2 (Re-bid)
This contract is for water and sanitary sewer service installations including connection to the existing public main, which extends a small diameter line to the property. Additionally, a water meter box or sanitary sewer cleanout is included. Customers pay connection fees for the installation service, which is based on costs incurred by Charlotte Water in these contracts. The work covered by this contract will provide approximately 800 total services.

Residential and Public Spaces Wired and Wireless Internet Services
The City is seeking to extend and expand its wired and wireless high-speed broadband network to serve over 4,000 households where the digital divide impacts ability to fully participate in today’s economy, workforce pipeline, banking, and communications.
Locations include Multi-Family housing and public space sites currently served, additional Multi-Family housing sites, single-family housing sites, and additional public space sites. Could be awarded to more than one respondent.

Soil & Debris Hauling Service
The scope of this project shall be to provide ongoing soil & debris Hauling Services for Charlotte Water. Charlotte Water has multiple divisions throughout Mecklenburg County that may utilize Hauling Service. One of the main divisions is Field Operations which is responsible for infrastructure and pipeline repairs. Field Operations’ service area is divided into four Service Zones.
A company will receive all orders from Charlotte Water and bring mulch, and soil to and/or remove spoils from specified locations (Zone headquarters, job sites, or WWTPs). The successful Company must be able to perform scheduled hauls during Regular Hours, as well as Emergency Hauling Services. Emergency Hauling Services are services rendered outside of regular hours and/or on City observed holidays.

Looking for an auditor to verify over the five (5) years of the CATS Transit Advertising contract if the Gross Sales reported by the contractor are accurate and complete based on the monthly billings to the advertisers.

The South Ramp Expansion is proposed to improve the aircraft circulation on the east and west sides of the airfield. In addition, the South Ramp Expansion will facilitate the proposed extensions to Concourse B and Concourse C, and ultimately the development of a satellite concourse.
The following work elements are included in the project:
The selected Final Design Engineer or Engineer of Record (EOR or Consultant) will produce construction documents to be issued for competitive bidding of one or multiple construction packages, followed by conformed or released for construction plans issued to the responsive or responsible bidder for construction. The design and documents are to be based on preliminary design or bridging documents prepared by the Owner’s Master Civil Engineer (Aviation Consulting Engineers, LLC, or ACE). The preliminary design effort will include completion of the design geotechnical subsurface investigation, preliminary design plans to a 30% level of completion, pavement design, and preliminary surveys. Final design surveys, including pavement tie-ins, etc. will be the responsibility of the Consultant.
