The proposed Hambright Park and Ride will be a 500+ parking space mobility hub to provide rapid transit services to the Town of Huntersville, NC and surrounding areas by utilizing the newly constructed express lane direct connect. The proposed project will construct a transit park and ride with approximately 500 parking spaces, a new public street to access the site, driver comfort station (driver restroom facilities), internal pedestrian circulation, provisions for a mobility hub for micro-mobility options and/or shared ride services, and site security and surveillance. The proposed location is in the Town of Huntersville, Mecklenburg County, North Carolina along the south side of Hambright Road (NC 2117), situated between Mt. Holly-Huntersville Road (NC2004) and Interstate 77.

The Project consists of the demolition of the existing 0.1 MGD “packaged” WWTP (flow eq, sludge holding, extended aeration, clarifiers), filters, generator, shed and select yard piping. The new infrastructure includes a new 0.1 MGD “packaged” WWTP (flow eq, sludge holding, extended aeration), two clarifiers, pre-engineered office/lab building, generator and the associated yard piping, site work, electrical and instrumentation. This scope of work also includes the relocation of and existing 8” gravity sewer line.

CLT is seeking proposals from capable consultants with expertise in delivering succession planning framework and related consulting services. This initiative pertains to pivotal roles including executive, directorial, and other vital positions, where seamless and effective personnel transitions are paramount to sustain operational efficiency. Leveraging existing internal talent to bridge transitional gaps and preserving indispensable operational insights, knowledge and procedures stand as imperative objectives for CLT. We seek a consultant who can deliver a practical and comprehensive succession plan that is realistic for our business and employee population and can be adapted as needed and maintained by CLT Staff.

The term of the contract shall be for three (3) years with two optional one-year renewals.

The scope of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to establish a contract for the one time purchase, delivery, and other inherently related activities to procure a motor control center for the new electrical room in the solids transfer pump station at Charlotte Water Stowe Regional Water Resource Recovery Facility.  (RWRRF).

Scope 1: The City requires the company to perform DNA Testing of sexual assault kits (SAKS) and partially tested SAKS obtained from victims of sexual assaults. The company shall maintain ISO/IEC 17025 Accreditation and comply with the 2020 FBI quality assurance standards for forensic testing laboratories. Scope 2: The City requires the Company to perform screening and DNA testing of secondary evidence from Sexual Assault cases. The Company shall maintain ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation and comply with the 2020 FBI Quality Assurance Standards for Forensic DNA Testing Laboratories.

This contract consists of an undetermined number of individual projects consisting of water and/or sewer replacements, water and/or sewer extensions, and water distribution system reliability improvement projects, which will be assigned by the Project Engineer.

This project will consist of dismantling water and sewer service connections that are requested by customers. This contract will dismantle water services up to 12″ in diameter and sewer services up to 8″ in diameter.

Sanitary sewer service dismantlement’s involve cutting and plugging the existing service lateral pipe at the sanitary sewer main or manhole to help control and limit unnecessary sewer system infiltration. Charlotte Water expects the majority of these dismantlement requests to be in areas of
the county where infrastructure pre-dates any locatable requirements including tracer wire, ductile iron or cast iron pipe.

The project consists of an undetermined number of individual projects consisting of water and/or sewer extensions, water and/or sewer replacements, low-pressure sanitary sewer, water distribution
system reliability improvement projects, and/or sanitary sewer capacity assurance projects, which will be assigned by the Project Engineer.
