The City of Charlotte extends an invitation for the submission of Bids to supply the City of Charlotte with HVAC apparatus, supplies, materials, and equipment.
The scope of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to establish a contract for the purchase, delivery and other inherently related activities of the Products.
All Products and component parts furnished shall be new, and shall comply with the specifications and terms and conditions set forth in this ITB.

Flooring and Wallcovering Services
The City of Charlotte is soliciting for flooring and wallcovering to include vinyl flooring, tile, carpet, rubber and linoleum, wood products, wallpaper and any other materials that are needed in City-owned or operated facilities.
Related services include installation, removal and reclamation, and recycling as requested. Facilities Operations is responsible for maintaining more than 200 buildings and 4.4 million square feet of office space. Any vendors selected for award are expected to have the adequate capacity to provide all-inclusive services as needed.

Storm Water Repair and Improvement FY2024-D
Work performed under this contract will consist of storm water infrastructure repair and improvement projects within the city limits of Charlotte, NC. Work will involve: mobilization, earthwork, drainage structures, storm drain pipe systems, and channels. Additional work will include: working over, under, near, and around existing private utilities, asphalt paving concrete flatwork, landscaping, and any associated work required by the Engineer. Other work may include structural foundation protection, storm water pipe lining, storm water pipe joint and structure repair, water and sewer (relocations, installations and adjustments). Storm Water maintenance work may be located entirely within the street right-of-way.

Professional Engineering Services for Water Sewer Authority of Cabarru ... Professional Engineering Services for Water Sewer Authority of Cabarrus County (WSACC) Rocky River Regional Wastewater Treatment Plant (RRRWWTP) Expansion Project
Charlotte Water (CLTWater) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified engineering companies (Company or Proposer) to provide supplemental project management (PM) services for the Water Sewer Authority Cabarrus County (WSACC) Rocky River Regional Wastewater Treatment Plant (RRRWTP) Expansion Project (Project). In anticipation of growth within the RRRWTP service area and additional demand by Charlotte Water, specifically from growth and flow diversion from the Back Creek Sewer Basin, Water Sewer Authority of Cabarrus County (WSACC) is looking to expand the RRRWWTP from 26.5 MGD to 34 MGD. In addition, Charlotte Water intends to expand its purchased treatment capacity at the RRRWWTP by additional 3 MGD, from the current 6 MGD current purchased capacity to 9 MGD. The design-build (D-B) project is being performed by the Crowder Construction/Brown and Caldwell team managed by WSACC.

Fiscal Year 2024 Small Diameter Water and Sewer Services Contract #2
This contract is for the continuous installation of small water and sewer services, as needed, for commercial or residential purposes using pipes with a diameter of less than one and a half inches. Charlotte Water installed about 1,800 new residential water and sewer taps in the last 12 months. This contract will help meet the demand for these kinds of service connections for the next two years.

The City of Charlotte maintains high-profile cultural centers containing timeless pieces of artwork. The conditions at each location must preserve and protect the artwork therein. Central to this effort is the maintenance of the humidification control systems and water treatment equipment.
This solicitation seeks out qualified companies that have a strong track record of maintaining complex humidification control systems and water treatment equipment.
The selected company will maintain and service the city’s existing systems and equipment at the following locations:
