The Charlotte Mecklenburg Police Department (“CMPD”) staffs a large number of units and divisions with unique work responsibilities. This Contract pertains to conducting a Workload Analysis for a minimum of two to three units/divisions per year depending on the size and scope of work for each. CMPD will request work through Task Orders containing specific scopes of work. The Company shall provide the total work hours required to complete the work defined in each Task Order. Final cost for each Task Order will be based on the proposed work hours and the hourly rate awarded under this Contract.

Hydraulic Modeling and Baseline Capacity Analysis Update-Cancelled
The purpose of this work is to provide modeling support to Charlotte Water (CLTWater) for the Capacity Assurance Program. The tasks involved include updating models for specific basins, revising baseline available capacities for those same basins, conducting individual capacity analyses as directed by CLTWater, and providing additional support services.

The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Government Center (CMGC) and the adjacent parking garage have been identified in the City-wide ADA Transition Plan for Program Implementation (Program).
The CMGC facility is an existing 14-story, nominally 440,000 square foot building, located at 600 East 4th Street (parcel ID 12502601) and houses several City & County Departments. The adjacent CMGC Parking Garage (parcel 12502501) is a 5-story concrete deck.
Phase II of this ADA Implementation includes all public and non-public facing spaces of the facilities (with the exception of the Council Chambers) and will resolve the physical, non-conforming ADA barriers identified in the ADA Transition Plan, or as required to meet the City of Charlotte ADA Design Guidelines and the 2010 ADA Standards for Accessible Design.
The CMGC is required to stay open to the public and staff during all phases of the project. Active coordination with tenants, facilities staff, and stakeholders will be critical for the successful completion of this project.
