This contract is for materials driver feedback signs for CDOT’s portable Driver Feedback Signs inventory. These battery-powered radar signs are deployed throughout the city. The CDOT Traffic Safety Section selects the corridors for up to six weeks per location.

The CATS Owner’s Representative will provide design oversight for the Charlotte Transportation Center (CTC) Redevelopment Project to be designed and constructed by others. The Owner’s Representative will ensure and support compliance with City and CATS policies, design standards and principles, budget and scheduling, as well as conformance to safety and security guidelines for up to 72 months. The CTC Redevelopment Project is a multi-phase, mixed use development funded through a public-private partnership.

The Company shall perform maintenance, and repair services on a variety of fleet heavy truck equipment with Cummins-manufactured powerplants owned, operated, or maintained by the City.

Elvis Storm Drainage Improvement Project
This project consists of two culverts in series under Cedarbrook Drive and Denbur Drive. Both culvert crossings consist of triple barrel corrugated metal pipe systems. This is a project that was identified by the asset management team and both culvert crossings are actively failing, and preliminary calculations show that the culverts are also undersized.

This contract is for the continuous installation of small water and sewer services, as needed, for commercial or residential purposes with a diameter of less than one and a half inches. Charlotte Water installed about 1,800 new residential water and sewer taps in the last 12 months. This contract will help meet the demand for these kinds of service connections for the next two years.
