The City of Charlotte requires Sodium Chloride Salt for deicing City streets and roads, and as a preventative measure for any anticipated snowy or icy street conditions. This solicitation is to provide bulk tonnage delivery of Sodium Chloride Deicing Salt that has been treated with an anti-caking agent to the addresses specified by the Charlotte Department of Transportation (CDOT). The contract established will be for three years with the option for two (2) one-year renewal options.

The Company shall provide repair Services for HVAC systems at all
Charlotte Area Transit System Facilities. Repair services shall be
comprehensive of all tasks necessary to ensure HVAC systems regain
operational status at their established capacity and efficiency. Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) standards shall be followed, including reference to capacity and efficiency ratings. Charlotte Area Transit System has several different types and sizes of HVAC systems located throughout the City of Charlotte.

The Craighead/Tryon Storm Drainage Improvement Project is bordered by Glory Street to the north, Little Sugar Creek to the south, Sugar Creek Road to the east and Craighead Road to the west. The existing drainage system consists of pipe system under city-maintained road, state-maintained road, and private property. The improvements include pipe system upgrades.

This project will replace to existing culverts that have reached the end of their serviceable lifespan at two locations along Thermal Road with new reinforced concrete pipe culverts.

Taxiway Shoulder Pavement Repair Phase II includes the pavement repair of identified taxiway shoulders, runway shoulders, and a blast pad. The Project does not include providing or installing pavement markings, either new or the restoration of damaged existing markings.  The bidder will be expected to reasonably avoid damaging existing pavement markings when possible.  The Charlotte Douglas Airport (CLT) Airfield Maintenance (AFM) staff will install all necessary pavement markings as well as perform any electrical operations.

This project involves providing sewer flow monitoring services and rain measurement at both temporary and permanent locations.
It encompasses the deployment, maintenance, and retrieval of flow monitoring and rain gauge equipment. Qualified professionals are needed to evaluate the flow monitoring data.
Overall, the project aims to enhance monitoring accuracy and efficiency.

Improvements on Monroe Road between North Wendover Road and Eaton Road to create a more pedestrian-oriented corridor and install a pedestrian hybrid beacon in front of Time Out Youth Center.  Improvements will primarily include shared-use paths, drainage, and midblock pedestrian crossings.
