The Charlotte Douglas International Airport is seeking proposals from experienced, qualified Service Providers in a variety of Financial Consulting, Business, and Revenue Services to provide ongoing support and guidance of the Airport’s daily financial operations and activities. Specific areas addressed within the Scope of Services for this RFP include the following:
• Airport Financial Consulting Services;
• Airport Business and Revenue Consulting Services; and
• Airport Passenger Facility Charges Services.
Service Providers are encouraged to submit proposals for any or all of the above Services. The City may elect to award some or all of the Services to one or more Service Providers. While the City is flexible with respect to certain elements of its proposed relationship with the Airport Financial, Business & Passenger Facility Charges Consulting Services Service Provider(s), the City has certain preferences for that relationship and has developed the following proposed model for that relationship.
The City of Charlotte received federal stimulus funding under the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) State & Local Fiscal Recovery Fund program enacted in 2021. The City has designated up to $3.5 million of ARPA funding to support the local non-profit community. The City is seeking a small number of community partners to serve as Administrators who will serve as the primary representatives for the program and perform all required administrative duties necessary for program implementation, recipient identification, eligibility, and funds distribution related to the program.

This work requires licensed appraisers for various appraisal assignments with extensive experience following the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition for Federal and Federally Assisted Programs Act of 1970 (the Uniform Act).
This project is for the installation of a fire protection deluge a dry pilot activation system for the protection of the glass panes located on Concourse E. The contract term will be 6 months.
The City of Charlotte is seeking a qualified entity, with a local presence – or a collaborative partnership between qualified entities, each with a local presence – to provide community support services to community members who are experiencing problems related to mental health, depression, poverty, homelessness and/or substance abuse issues. The selected vendor or vendors will provide certified Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) and Licensed Behavioral Health Clinicians (Clinicians) to staff a non-law enforcement pilot program to respond to low-risk behavioral health calls for service and assess and connect residents in distress with appropriate services. Vendors are invited to apply to provide either EMTs, Clinicians, or both for this program.
The Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT) is seeking A Statement of Qualifications from Qualified firms to provide Environmental (Consulting) Assessment, Abatement and Remedial services. Services are expected to cover a range of projects and a wide scope of activities needed to support CLT compliance with local, state, and federal ordinances
Provide utility locating and exploration for both public and private utilities on Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CDIA) property. This contract will include utility locating in areas both inside and outside of the Security Identification Display Area (SIDA).
Charlotte Area Transit System Rail Division is requesting to purchase 12 LRV S70 SAFT NICKEL CADMIUM BATTERY MODEL SRX220F3 COMPRISED OF 20 HIGH RATE SINTERED/PBE CELLS housed. The original life span of the current batteries have reached their maximum production life and inventory spares need to be replaced to ensure revenue service isn’t interrupted.

The project consists of removing and properly disposing of all materials currently stored in Digester No. 5 and cleaning Digester No. 5 located at McDowell Creek Waste Water Treatment Plant in Huntersville, NC. Material stored in the digester may have been in place for up to 15 years and includes but is not limited to: grit, digested bio-solids, water and rags.
The Company shall transport and dispose of the materials removed from the digester to an appropriately permitted, licensed, EPA Subtitle D landfill facility of the Company’s choice. Material removal, transportation and disposal shall be performed in accordance with all applicable local, state and federal laws. If the material is deemed allowable for land application and Company has permit to land apply, then the material may be removed and land applied.
