CATS is looking for a contractor to perform major track structure maintenance during CATS Annual Maintenance Shutdown typically scheduled during the months of September through November for approximately 48 hours around City of Charlotte major events. This would require all of the workforce labor and equipment necessary to perform the below services.

The City of Charlotte requires professional security guard services at the CMGC (Charlotte Mecklenburg Government Center), Old City Hall, Belmont Center and CMPD HQ.
The City of Charlotte (“City”) is seeking proposals from qualified firms interested in serving as the City’s Third-Party Administrator (“TPA”) for Workers’ Compensation claims. The TPA shall be responsible for providing all services required to supervise, manage, and administer the City’s self-insured workers’ compensation program.
Mid-life Vehicle Rehabilitation Programs involve taking railcars out of service for the overhaul, remanufacturer, or upgrade of a substantial number of vehicle systems and subsystems at once (usually in year 15 of the vehicle in service). The Rail Transit Agency requires a vendor to restore vehicles to “like new” condition and performance and to implement essential technology upgrades. As an industry practice, it recommended best practice, which is to be completed by solicitation by an offsite vendor.

Provide rate model consulting services utilizing the existing rate model methodology. This consultation will assist Charlotte Water in preparing annual residential and commercial rate recommendations. All reports, data generated, etc. are the sole property of the City of Charlotte.
Provide technical consultant services to analyze, prepare and present data to the ACR that supports noise abatement initiative.
