Stowe Regional WRRF Northern Access Road

The Project is for the construction of a new access road to the Long Creek Pump Station and the proposed Stowe Regional Water Resource Recovery Facility (WRRF).  The Northern Access Road consists of approximately 5,500 linear feet of paved open-shoulder roadway with 2-12 feet travel lanes and a dual 8’x7’ reinforced concrete box culvert carrying Long Creek Tributary #1 to its confluence with Long Creek.

Concourse E – Hot Water Piping Relocation

This project is to relocate the heating hot water piping from under the ramp pavement and concourse floor and reconnect in the terminal ceiling space. 60% night work, 40% daytime work.  Project term will be 150 days.

 

FY23 Large Diameter/Sewer Service Contract #1

This contract will incorporate the installation of water and/or sanitary sewer services at a single address, water and/or sanitary sewer service dismantlement at a single address or a water/sanitary sewer main line extension. There maybe more than one water and/or sanitary sewer service installation , water and/or sanitary sewer service dismantlement at the same address. Additionally, a single commercial site with water and/or sanitary sewer services to be installed or water and/or sanitary sewer services to be dismantled at different addresses is to be considered one project for the entire commercial site.

 

Storm Water Repair and Improvement FY2023-F

Work performed under this contract will consist of storm water infrastructure repair and improvement projects within the city limits of Charlotte, NC.  Work will involve: mobilization, earthwork, drainage structures,  storm drain pipe systems, and channels.   Additional work will include: working over, under, near, and around existing private utilities, asphalt paving concrete flatwork, landscaping, and any associated work required by the Engineer.  Other work may include structural foundation protection, storm water pipe lining, storm water pipe joint and structure repair, water and sewer (relocations, installations and adjustments).  Storm Water maintenance work may be located entirely within the street right-of-way.

Goose Creek Sanitary Sewer to Cresthill

Project site is mainly wooded and has minimal housing. There will be one crossing on Lawyers Rd. The project will consist of approximately 5,500 linear feet of 8-inch gravity sewer.
