The project includes the interior renovation and build-out of existing storage space and other minor renovations in the CLT Center located at 5601 Wilkinson Blvd. This will include relocating the existing conference room and Tech Help space in order for these spaces to be repurposed
The Airport is seeking a qualified company to provide Integrated Pest Management (IPM) services. The company must supply all necessary supervision, labor, materials, tools, supplies, equipment, transportation, and applicable licenses and permits required to perform these services at CLT. CLT’s IPM program is defined as a comprehensive approach to preventing and solving pest issues through education, inspection, identification, sanitation, exclusion, communication, biological and mechanical controls, and, when appropriate, targeted applications. IPM services must be conducted in a way that ensures the health and well-being of both the public and airport personnel. The company is also responsible for removing and disposing of all dead pests covered under this contract. The job site includes approximately 2 million square feet of interior facilities, multiple on-property buildings, CLT buses, and parking lots.
This will be an RFQ for professional engineering services including final design, of grading, drainage, electrical, pavement, construction administration, surveying, materials testing services. The project will expand the exiting main terminal ramp to the south, in order to provide dual taxi lanes and create the space for the ultimate expansion of Concourse C.
The vendor will test the embroidery of a CLT employee logo and Aviation division names in specific thread color, spacing, stitch count and stitch type to achieve a premium meeting the Airport’s brand standards. The vendor is able to deliver a readily-available superior assortment of goods and brands in a variety of price points to evaluate. This allows the Airport to select multiple manufacturers that could provide the goods which best meet the needs of the Airport operation. Through the vendor’s established relationships with the manufacturers, the vendor is able to acquire and deliver hard samples of goods within 2-3 business days throughout the review process and can continue to meet turnaround times for orders not readily available throughout the industry.
The purpose for the Loading Dock Expansion Project at Charlotte Douglas International Airport is to increase capacity and efficiency at the existing terminal loading dock. The project will modify the existing loading dock facility to provide three additional truck bays (total of five), two service elevators, an extended canopy, and reconfiguration of the loading dock area for more efficient operations and future growth at the Airport.
This project is for the production of engineered documents detailing the replacement of the existing 2500A switchboard ‘MS’ located in the basement below the main terminal of CLT airport. The existing switchgear shall be replaced with (2) new electrical distribution panelboards and shall have backup
power availability through the installation of a generator docking station and manual transfer switch.
The new distribution panelboards shall feed all existing circuits energized from existing switchboard ‘MS’. After all existing circuits have been refed, existing switchboard ‘MS’ shall be demolished.
This project includes the in-kind replacement of the Runway 36R Departure Engineered Materials Arresting System (EMAS), including the removal of existing EMAS blocks, milling and overlay of the existing asphalt bed, installation of new EMAS blocks, placement of airfield markings, and installation of edge reflectors.

and to furnish all professional services and expertise to operate a water treatment chemical program
