Collective Storm Drainage Improvement Projects Series AF will involve 3 projects throughout the City of Charlotte 6112 Bridlewood Ln, 6108 Bridlewood Ln, 6032 Bridlewood Ln. 6112 Bridlewood Ln will consist of lining approx. 149 LF 15” RCP; 243 LF 30” RCP; 151 LF 36” RCP with CIPP. Scope also includes replacing rerouting the existing system into the r/w and adding approx. 177 42” RCP and 122 LF of 34×53 elliptical pipe and storm drainage structure replacement. There will also be approx. 418 LF of sewer replacement with 8” DIP. Pavement resurfacing and curb and gutter replacement are also to be included in this project. 6108 Bridlewood Ln will consist of removing an existing CMP pipe and replacing with approx. 31 LF of 9×7 RCBC. A temporary pedestrian bridge will be added to cross the creek during time of construction for the property owners. The scope is also to include approx. 31LF of 15” RCP replacement along with replacement of (1) CB, concrete driveway replacement, curb and gutter and pavement resurfacing. There will also be grading around the existing creek that will tie into (2) new HWs. 6032 Bridlewood Ln will consist of removing an existing CMP pipe and replacing with approx. 30 LF of 9×7 RCBC. A temporary pedestrian bridge will be added to cross the creek during time of construction for the property owners. The scope is also to include concrete driveway replacement, curb and gutter, and pavement resurfacing. There will also be grading around the existing creek that will tie into (2) new HWs.
Storm Water Repair and Improvement FY2024-D
Work performed under this contract will consist of storm water infrastructure repair and improvement projects within the city limits of Charlotte, NC. Work will involve: mobilization, earthwork, drainage structures, storm drain pipe systems, and channels. Additional work will include: working over, under, near, and around existing private utilities, asphalt paving concrete flatwork, landscaping, and any associated work required by the Engineer. Other work may include structural foundation protection, storm water pipe lining, storm water pipe joint and structure repair, water and sewer (relocations, installations and adjustments). Storm Water maintenance work may be located entirely within the street right-of-way.

Marlwood/Waverly (Dredging) Surface Water Quality Improvement Project
The Marlwood/Waverly project area consists of the two ponds, Marlwood Lake located south of Albemarle Road near Marlwood Circle, and Waverly Lake located north of Albemarle Road near Almond Road. The existing ponds have silted in and project improvements include pond dredging to specified projects depths.
Collective AC Storm Drainage Improvement Program
Collective Storm Drainage Improvement Projects Series AC will involve 3 projects throughout the City of Charlotte, 1925 Arnold Drive, 10112 Fairway Ridge, and 1127 Willhaven Drrive 1925 Arnold Drive will involve new drainage structures and reinforced concrete pipe, a modified pipe alignment, new curb and gutter, concrete driveway replacement, sanitary sewer replacement as well as full depth asphalt replacement along Arnold Drive 10112 Fairway Ridge will involve new drainage structures and elliptical reinforced concrete pipe, a modified pipe alignment, sanitary sewer replacement, concrete driveway and full depth asphalt replacement along Fairway Ridge. 1127 Willhaven Drive will consist of reinforced concrete pipe and drainage structure installation, ditch grading, full-depth asphalt replacement as well as curb and gutter replacement along Willhaven Drive. There will be 2 culvert replacements not located along Willhaven Drive, 1 will be a driveway culvert located at 5328 Randolph Road and the other will be crossing under Crestbrook Drive. Both culverts will consist of reinforced concrete pipe, drainage structures, asphalt replacement, and channel grading. The culvert under Crestbrook Drive will also require curb and gutter as well as sidewalk replacement.
Collective Y Storm Drainage Improvement Project
The project consists of multiple isolated storm drainage improvement projects located within the northeast and southeast service areas of the City of Charlotte. Projects include storm drainage improvements and replacement of existing storm drainage systems facilities within the street right-of-way and private, residential properties
Amity Springs Drive 5801
Work performed under this contract will consist of storm water infrastructure repair and improvement projects within the city limits of Charlotte, NC. Work will involve mobilization, earthwork, drainage structures, storm drain pipe systems, channels, working over, under, near, and around existing private utilities, asphalt paving, concrete flatwork, and landscaping and any associated work required by the Engineer. Storm Water maintenance work may be located entirely within or a combination of the street right-of-way, private, residential and commercial properties.
Amity Springs Drive 5801
This project is located on Amity Springs Drive near the intersection with Iron Gate Lane. The existing drainage system consists of open channel and culvert under a private road. The improvements include culvert upgrades.
Summerlin Storm Drainage Improvement Project
The Summerlin Place Storm Drainage Improvement Project will add additional catch basins along Summerlin Place and install a new drainage system down Wessynton Dr and a small portion of Brynwood Drive. The project consists of installation of RCP, CB’s, MH’s, C&G replacement, sewer line replacement, and CIPP lining.
