This project includes pedestrian safety and capacity improvements at the intersection of Sandy Porter and South Tryon Street. The project will add a left turn lane off of South Tryon onto Sandy Porter and install widened sidewalks.
Unspecified Water and Sewer Repairs
This contract covers on-call repairs for water and sewer systems throughout Charlotte Water’s collection and distribution areas. Shamrock Drive Storm Drainage Improvement Project
This construction project is located near The Plaza and Shamrock Drive and has been identified to address flooding, erosion, and pipe failure in the project area.
2831 Flintridge Drive Storm Drainage Improvement Project
The 2831 Flintridge Drive Project will include the replacement of approximately 340LF of 48″ CMP with new 7’x3′ RCBC between open drainage channels behind 2831 and 2816 Flintridge Drive. The 7’x3′ RCBC installation will vary between 9-14 feet deep and will require active shoring approved by a professional engineer.
