The City of Charlotte Ordinance Chapter 23 for Water, Sewers and Industrial Waste Discharge Restrictions requires an update to ensure it provides staff, citizens, and those alike with a valuable resource for water, sewer, and industrial waste discharge restrictions. The Company’s tasks will include, but may not be limited to, researching updates, recommending revisions, working with key City staff to fine-tune and adopt the changes, ensuring the revisions are legally sound, and providing training to City staff.
The solicitation will involve a firm providing passenger boarding bridge maintenance services for ninety-seven (97) passenger boarding bridges on the A, B, C, D and E Concourses of the Airport. The term of the Contract shall be for three (3) years with two optional one-year renewals.
Charlotte Douglas International Airport (“CLT”) is seeking the following graphic design services to produce our Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (“Annual Report”) with detailed statistical and informational data, which will be provided to our financial and public stakeholders. CLT will retain ownership of all work produced, including graphic design output.
Company will collaborate with CLT’s Finance Department Project Manager on all designs and specifications, providing status updates throughout the development of the Annual Report.
Charlotte Douglas International Airport is seeking a Company to provide management services and manage the Fixed Based Operations (“FBO”). Company services should include management of all services usually and customarily provided by a full service FBO at large airports, excepting aircraft maintenance and avionic services. Company shall charge commercially reasonable fees to customers, using its expertise to balance the need to be competitive and to maintain profitability to the City. The Services shall be provided twenty four hours per day.
CANCEL: Charlotte Douglas International Airport is seeking a Company to provide specialized professional assistance in managing the financing and implementation of the Aviation Capital Investment Plan and the preparation of financial statements, feasibility reports, and other financial items.
The Airport is looking for a company to provide customer support services within the terminal. CLT is on a journey to continually strive to elevate the customer experience while maintaining the highest standards of safety, security, and efficiency for customers as they move through the lobby, baggage claim, security checkpoint, and Federal Inspection Services (FIS) spaces and processes. To achieve this goal, we envision a team of highly engaged, well-trained, and hospitality-oriented Customer Service Associates (CSAs) and Baggage Service Associates (BSAs) to provide a commensurately high level of professional, courteous, efficient, and safe service.
Pursuant to the provisions of Article 23, Chapter 160A of the North Carolina General Statutes, the City has defined and established five (5) Municipal Service Districts (“MSD”). These partnerships extend the City’s capacity to address strategic priorities and concerns of the community, including but not limited to:
- Partnerships due to special legislation (such as tax allocations);
- Partnerships that support the City Council’s five strategic Focus Areas for the City (Community Safety, Economic Development & Global Competitiveness, Environment, Housing & Neighborhood Development, and Transportation & Planning); and
- Partnerships that contribute to community enrichment.
The City is seeking a Agency(ies) to provide Municipal Service District Services for each of the existing 5 MSDs. Companies may choose to propose for services on MSD 1-4 and/or MSD 5.
Charlotte Douglas International Airport is looking for a Company to design, install, de-install and maintain holiday décor and decorations of various sizes throughout the terminal and rental car facility. All décor and decorations must be code compliant and safe for all passengers within the terminal. There are tentatively 12-16 potential locations for large and small installation.
CANCEL: The Airport is seeking a Company to operate and manage the Aircraft De-Icing Facility and supply De/Anti-Icing fluid for aircraft operating at the Airport. The major functions of the facility are to control aircraft onto and off of de-icing aprons, de-ice aircraft during the precipitation and non-precipitation de-icing events and to remove and dispose of spent aircraft de-icing fluids.
