Dellner Couplers Inc. was the supplier that manufactured and delivered the Light Rail Vehicle coupler components to Siemens under Contract #1. The equipment purchased against this Purchase Order is for spares required to repair or replace defective items and services to repair equipment. Parts must be interchangeable with the existing equipment.

Landscaping (trees and shrubs) for a 12 ft. concrete multi-use path between the Oakhurst and Amity Gardens neighborhoods. The path itself contains two pedestrian bridges, lighting, trash receptacles, two retaining walls, handrails, benches, and dog waste stations.
Charlotte Area Transit Services (CATS) is seeking Service Providers to perform Bus Radiator and Fuel Tank Repair Services. This project involves outsourcing of servicing and repairs of radiators, Charge Air Coolers, various Oil Coolers, Coolant Surge Tanks, and Fuel Tanks for CATS buses. The vendor will pick-up and return units to CATS facilities. Service of the units will take place at the vendors facility.

The City’s Housing & Neighborhood Services Department (HNS) is seeking proposals from US Department of Housing and Urban Development certified counseling agencies to provide housing counseling and education services to prospective homebuyers and homeowners. Agencies must be non-profits and HUD certified in order to be considered for this RFP. The City will be awarded multiple contracts for this solicitation. Services to be provided include:
- Pre-purchase education services;
- Pre-closing education services;
- Post-homeownership counseling services;
- Foreclosure Prevention counseling services; and
- Individual Financial Counseling
The Building Services Division of the General Services Department is responsible for maintaining a portfolio of approximately 200 buildings, including offices, fire stations, police division offices, and equipment shops that house various City activities. The city also maintains cultural facilities, including museums and arenas that serve as venues for sports, entertainment, and other events.
This contract shall provide painting services at various locations as identified by the City. Services could consist of providing all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision for the painting and finishing of new and existing interior surfaces, i.e., walls, doors, window frames, and other work as directed by the project manager.
