CATS operates approximately 5 sets (20 units) of wired and wireless Stertil Koni portable vehicle lifts in its two facilities. The facilities are located at 3145 South Tryon and 900 North Davidson St, Charlotte NC.

The Charlotte Area Transit System (CATS) would like to continue to pursue the path of Transit Asset Management which was commenced in fiscal year 2019. In 2019 we completed our initial Phase I CATS System Transit Asset Management Plan. Charlotte Area Transit System seeks to continue its momentum by the execution of its current Asset Management Plan (AMP). To achieve this goal, CATS Asset Management Team is developing the agency’s processes and decision-making tools to better facilitate the management of assets throughout their lifecycles.
To ensure the successful implementation of the current AMP CATS requires the continued services of aconsultant that is knowledgeable and has experience with an Asset Management Plan, CATS operations, and maintenance departments while utilizing the Industry best practices for asset management.
Obtaining the services of an experienced firm in the implementation of an Asset Management program can better
align spending with the agency’s goals, objectives, and to obtain the greatest return on investment (ROI) with
limited funds.

The goal of this RFP is to create multiple contracts for catering services, to be used for numerous event types. Event types are typically meetings, luncheons, new-hire orientations, City, state, or federally declared emergency events (pre-, during, and post-event), and trainings. Each event requiring catering services will have a varying number of persons and thus an estimated headcount is not available, nor is a schedule of upcoming events. Event details will be provided to the Company when services are needed.
This solicitation will involve providing installation and commissioning of Passenger Boarding Bridges, Ground Support Equipment and Spare Parts. The term of the contract shall be for three (3) years with two optional one-year renewals.

The City of Charlotte Ordinance Chapter 23 for Water, Sewers and Industrial Waste Discharge Restrictions requires an update to ensure it provides staff, citizens, and those alike with a valuable resource for water, sewer, and industrial waste discharge restrictions. The Company’s tasks will include, but may not be limited to, researching updates, recommending revisions, working with key City staff to fine-tune and adopt the changes, ensuring the revisions are legally sound, and providing training to City staff.
The solicitation will involve a firm providing passenger boarding bridge maintenance services for ninety-seven (97) passenger boarding bridges on the A, B, C, D and E Concourses of the Airport. The term of the Contract shall be for three (3) years with two optional one-year renewals.
Charlotte Douglas International Airport (“CLT”) is seeking the following graphic design services to produce our Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (“Annual Report”) with detailed statistical and informational data, which will be provided to our financial and public stakeholders. CLT will retain ownership of all work produced, including graphic design output.
Company will collaborate with CLT’s Finance Department Project Manager on all designs and specifications, providing status updates throughout the development of the Annual Report.
