South End Station CMAR RFP
| South End Station Project will design and construct a new light rail station with offset side platforms adjacent to the Publix Supermarket and 2161 Hawkins development in South End. The project team completed a project delivery assessment and selected Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) as the appropriate method to deliver this project. We will need to develop a RFP and contract for a CMAR to provide pre-construction services and to manage construction.
