The City’s Housing & Neighborhood Services Department (HNS) is seeking proposals from US Department of Housing and Urban Development certified counseling agencies to provide housing counseling and education services to prospective homebuyers and homeowners. Agencies must be non-profits and HUD certified in order to be considered for this RFP. The City will be awarded multiple contracts for this solicitation. Services to be provided include:

• Pre-purchase education services;
• Pre-closing education services;
• Post-homeownership counseling services;
• Foreclosure Prevention counseling services; and
• Individual Financial Counseling
