SWS operates a fleet of approximately 200 medium duty and heavy duty refuse vehicles utilizing systems containing large volumes of hydraulic fluids. These vehicles operate along public roadways and residential neighbors on daily basis over long hours. With extended wear and depending upon weather conditions, hydraulic spills periodically occur. SWS requires immediate hydraulic spill site response, clean up and disposal by a qualified service provider to mitigate environmental impacts.

The removal of existing signs and foundations and installation of both Owner-furnished and Contractor-furnished LED airfield guidance signs on new concrete foundations
Asphalt Taxiway & Runway Improvements (Construction)
This project is related to on-going maintenance and repair project for asphalt pavement around the Airport’s Airfield, including runways and taxiways. The typical scope of work involves milling and resurfacing heavily-used areas of runways and taxiways, which will usually involve working during night-time hours, in order to minimize impacts to Airport Operations,
Central Energy Plant (Construction)
The Central Energy Plant is part of the Terminal Lobby Expansion Construction Management at Risk Project.
Provide construction services for a new central energy plant to be located on the first level. The central energy plant will be for the New Terminal Expansion, but will also include space for current and future infield development.

Centralized Receiving and Distribution Center (Construction)
Construct a new Centralized Receiving and Distribution Center (CRDC) on the south side of the airport. CRDC will provide additional receiving and distribution space to support the growing delivery operations for the airport, reducing the overall vendor traffic in the terminal.
Concourse A Expansion Phase II & III Design
Provide design and construction administration services for the second and third phase gate expansions to Concourse A.
Project Management Services
The Charlotte-Douglas International Airport (CLT) is seeking to engage the services of a qualified Aviation Consultant to provide Project Management (PM) Services for various projects. These projects may include, but are not limited to airfield/civil works, passenger handling facilities and other aviation support facilities, such as; Terminal Lobby Expansion, Central Energy Plant, Federal Inspection Station Renovations, , Concourse A Expansion Phase 2, Terminal and Concourse Renovations, Atrium and Terminal Life Safety
Enhancements, E Concourse Expansion Phase 9, Tenant (Concession and Retail) Renovations, and new runway and taxiways and associated work, major utility infrastructure work, roads and bridges, airfield lighting and Navigation Aids, fire stations, and cargo and catering building improvements.
Fixed Base Operator Renovations (Construction)
Construction of a new 2-story, 33,000 sf passenger charter terminal to be operated by Wilson Air Center, the Fixed Base Operator (FBO) for General Aviation Aircraft.
