Construction Package 1 includes mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and structural rehabilitation of Digested Sludge Storage Tanks 1 and 2 and their Control Building. The project aims to improve the reliability and performance of biosolids treatment processes. These upgrades will ensure continued compliance with regulatory requirements and operational efficiency.

The project includes mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and structural rehabilitation of preliminary and primary treatment facilities at the McAlpine Creek WWMF. The facilities generally include Screenings Removal, Primary Clarifiers, Gravity Thickeners, Flow Equalization Storage, Flow Equalization Pumping, and Chemical Storage. These improvements will enhance operational reliability and efficiency.

Charlotte Storm Water Services / Technology Goods & Services
The City is seeking a software solution to support compliance with our NPDES MS4 permit, which mandates the tracking and enforcement of annual inspections for Stormwater Control Measures (SCMs). The required system must be capable of managing SCM records, supporting inspection workflows, and generating permit-compliant reports.

This contract will provide landscaping services at various Charlotte Water locations. Work may include mowing, tree trimming, and general upkeep of facility grounds. The task is to maintain these areas, improving site aesthetics and safety.

This project involves analysis of existing conditions to determine portions of the storm drainage system needing improvement, planning analysis of improvement alternatives, and design and construction of needed improvements.
The Blackmon Street Storm Drainage Improvement Project is bordered by Sampson Street to the north, Hoskins Road to the south, Ridgeley Drive to the east, and Sampson Street.
The need for this project was identified through citizen reported drainage requests including road flooding and complaints of finished floor (structure) flooding.
The purpose of the project will be to improve the storm drainage infrastructure to reduce flooding of streets and structures.

Collective Storm Drainage Improvement Projects Series AJ will involve 6 projects throughout the City of Charlotte, 1614 Lombardy Circle, 2033 Teddington Drive, 2316 Kilborne Drive, 10513 Moss Mill Lane, 435 Norwood Drive, and 5447 Kerry Glen Lane. These projects will consist of reinforced concrete pipe replacement and realignment. The project pipe will consist of a range of different sizes from 15 inch to 36 inch as well as some elliptical pipe. These projects will also consist of CIPP liner, storm drainage structure replacement, non-standard endwalls, full depth asphalt, curb and gutter, concrete driveway, foundation assessment, foundation protection, boulder toe, soil lifts, and watermain replacement.

disability (LTD / STD), Life insurance, Employee Assistant Program, Retiree Health
Reimbursement Account, and other voluntary benefits.
The City’s benefits administrator will provide system and support data management,
compliance, account management, and communications related to health, wellness, and
voluntary benefits.
Charlotte Water is soliciting Statement of Qualifications from qualified engineering firms to provide survey, design, contract administration, construction inspection services, and other engineering services as requested. The engineering services requested will be for routine and emergency water distribution and collection system repair projects.
