The project involves analysis of existing conditions to determine portions of the storm drainage system needing improvement, and design and construction of needed improvements. The existing storm system experienced a pipe collapse due to poor condition of the pipe. To address the request and meet level of service design standards the project will remove and replace the existing Storm Drainage Infrastructure within the project scope.
Proposed improvements include removing approximately 343 LF of 18″ storm water pipe and replace with approximately 410 LF of 24″ storm water pipe, add 2 double catch basins and associated items, and remove and replace approximately 357 LF of 8″ sewer pipe, and 3 sewer manholes.

Located within a drainage area of approximately 560 acres, the project will replace and/or rehabilitate aging infrastructure and provide adequate drainage system capacity. This project area is bordered by Hinson Drive to the north, Stratfordshire Drive to the south, Tadlock Place to the east and Morning Dale Road to the west.
