The City requires a qualified Company to provide Lockbox Remittance Services (the “Service” or “Services”) for Water, Sewer, and Storm Water services. Services include, but will not be limited to, all mail opening, payment processing and depositing, personnel, equipment, work and storage space, and transportation for pick-up and delivery associated with the Services.

The City is interested in a five (5) year contract with the option for two (2) one-year (1-year) renewals.
