Charlotte Water is soliciting proposals from qualified companies to provide as‐needed General Contractor services for facilities, structures, and other assets.
The selected company must carry a valid North Carolina General Contractor’s License and must be capable of furnishing all labor, tools, equipment, transportation, supervision, and effort necessary to provide the required services. The License Qualifier must have at least five (5) years’ experience providing services as described in the Scope of Work.
CATS is looking to contract general maintenance and repair services for various mechanical and electrical systems. Contractor will need to be available at all times on an on-call basis. Preventative services, along with routine maintenance and repair, are required.
