The Charlotte Douglas International Airport, a City of Charlotte department, needs the selected proposer to act as a system integrator and system manager for the term of the agreement providing all software, hardware, equipment, and implementation services that include, but are not limited to, millwork modification design, hardware and software configuration, interface development, project management, commissioning, training, and support, for an automated biometric facial recognition boarding gate system that will connect to U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Traveler Verification System (TVS), supporting the airport’s commitment to CBP for biometric international exit and a commitment to passenger safety and privacy.
The Charlotte Douglas International Airport, a City of Charlotte department, is seeking a company that will be responsible for the following services, further detailed within this Scope of Work:
1) Provide maintenance and monitoring services for the Airport’s Distributed Antenna System (DAS) and associated systems. This includes all existing DAS equipment currently installed and commissioned, as well as approved system expansions currently in the process of being installed at the time this contract takes place.
